I’m not a doctor but as someone who had a concussion last November as well as 11 or 12 years ago I can’t emphasize rest enough. I have astigmatism so any type of light was brutal and I was constantly dizzy. I would lose my train of thought often which was incredibly frustrating. As someone who is constantly busy I regret not resting more. Nearly one year later and I just started to feel almost completely like myself as it was such a long recovery process. I’d also recommend finding additional healthy ways to manage your stress. Some days I had more energy than others. You may find that you have to press the pause button in the middle of the day and that’s okay. Please show yourself grace. Get well soon 💕
Love how real and balanced this video is! It's so helpful to see high-protein vegan meal ideas, especially ones that aren't overly processed. Hope you recover soon from the concussion-take care of yourself!
Hi, Remy! I know you like ippodo matcha, so I wanted to request a video where you taste test and compare their popular blends! I know you said they are all pretty good but I'm extremely curious to know what differences you're picking up on when doing a taste test, and which ones are better for lattes and which ones for usucha.
Im so glad you’re back and continuously getting better! I wish you all the best - it really hurts seeing you suffer😢 but the video is a winner! All the meals look so delicious and I love hearing you talk. Love how you make an effort not to waste too (although I would have just given the pasta to a friend I guess)! And about the beans - I personally enjoy them even straight from the can 😂 but they certainly look delish in your friend’s recipe! So kind of you to shoutout as well. When you said the fridge was your Narnia you literally had me laughing out loud 😂 Would certainly love more videos like this & more chats and life/physique update and most of all more on the hormone friendly eating/ getting sth in in the morning! Lots of love ✨
A video about soy-free high-protein meals would be really cool! I also, like you, am fine with soy, but sometimes I feel like I want to try other non-soy protein options to just diversify
Everything looked really good, love your aesthetic and the pink kitchen🩷🥹 I don't know how recently this was filmed, but I hope you're already further in your recovery🥺❤️🩹
Looking lovely, those tops are terrific! I have had some odd pasta experiences too, not with that brand in particular but I am grateful they're at least trying to make some interesting alternatives I guess?
I highly recommend going to see an Optometrist to potentially get a pair of lightly tinted sunglasses to ease the eye strain. When I had a bad concussion several years ago I found it to be one of the most helpful things to wear most of the time - you will get matched with a shade and light/darkness that works for you, and then you can either gradually use them less or switch out the lenses for slightly lighter ones until you feel readjusted. I know it’s easy to want to speed up the recovery process and feel normal again, but please be gentle with yourself and recognize that the brain needs time to heal and these kinds of supports really help. Maybe this is something you’ve considered already, and you obviously don’t have to try it if you don’t want to, I just wanted to tell you about this since I know that eye strain really exacerbates other symptoms. Wish you a smooth recovery, and remember that your mental and emotional symptoms are just as valid as the physical ones ❤️
Would love a non-soy protein video! I’m a breast cancer survivor/warrior so I mostly avoid soy (I know it’s controversial, but I prefer to mostly avoid it lol). I hope you feel better soon! Love your content! 💕
Have you been cleared to exercise by a medical doctor? Concussions are not to be messed with and it’s clear you are still pretty symptomatic. Feel better soon and please give your body the rest it needs!

Would love a non-soy protein video! I’m a breast cancer survivor/warrior so I mostly avoid soy (I know it’s controversial, but I prefer to mostly avoid it lol). I hope you feel better soon! Love your content! 💕
What?!?! There is literally mountains of research on soy being the best food to eat after breast cancer. Why on earth would you avoid it?

@@SCVB13 yes :) was cleared to walk and now (in present time) can do everything again which is such a blessing!
Life is too short to eat food. You don't enjoy. I would have just donated the pasta to a food bank.
Haha you're right Randi! Unfortunately the box was open already :( But if i had more i would donate them
The meals start at 3:01
Tofu and NY don't have a "significant" amount of protein.
@@user-rz5nu9mg7c they do if you’re using high protein tofu. 2 tbsp Nooch = 8 grams protein
