Nasa UK embassy na talaga kami pero di man Lang kami pinapasok dahi nga sa extended dw ang local notarized pero pumunta kami sa PSA walang memo Kay di kami naka kuha ng license dito sa Davao LCR. My Fiancé was so disappointed dahil sa bagal ng government natin...so walang license balik na naman fiance ko this year. unfair sila masyado..
Ay sayang naman. Eto sis yung bagong PSA memo for UK. Wala nang locally notarization. Read the last part dyan yun instructions kung paano kukuha. Then ipaprint nyo din etong memorandum as a proof. PSA Memorandum Circular No. 2023-23

Kung kasal na po kayo no need na ang legal capacity, requirements lng yan only for applying a marriage license. If mag apply ng spousal visa sa USCIS or nvc di na need Yan. More on evidence of bonafide relationship hinahanap. Patunay na totoo ang relationship nyo.

I got lucky getting appointment on Dec 15th they had few slots open and next morning all were booked so any one looking for appointment need to check every day don't give up. there is lot people looking for appointment keep trying.

LCCM is same day much like PSA cenomar and birth certificate. You just need an appointment with your embassy for the notary. It's the marriage license that takes 12 days total, including weekends

Does the LCCM apply to dual citizenship holders (US and Philippines)? I plan on marrying my fiance in the Philippines as she's a national there. I'm Fil-Am but I will be getting a dual citizenship very soon before I marry her.

@sheen.dlro1 you don't have to be a dual citizen to request a cenomar and birth certificate. Make sure you follow the requirements for both, then write an authorization letter giving permission to whoever will pick up the paperwork for you. They may sit in the PSA office for hours but will get all that's needed within the appointment. That's what I did with my fiance since I'm in the US.

Good day Maam Ruth, and everyone who is trying to obtain LCCM.
Tanong ko lang din as of Dec19 ang US Embassy parin ba ma obtain itong LCCM, nakakalito kasi ung website diko maintindihan kung sakanila kukunin or sa PSA or Attorney.
I went last June sa embassy to get LCCM ang sabi sa PSA nadaw pwede kumuha or attorney. So kumuha kami from Attorney then ipinasa namin November ang sabi ng Local registrar hindi nadaw valid ung kay Attorney. Anong gagawin ko nalilito na ako kung saan kukunin ang LCCM ko naka book na ako ng appointment ko sa embassy this January 4.

Hello good afternoon po. After october 31 sa us embassy na kukuha ng LCCM. Yung sa attorney nyo di na valid yun kasi November kayo nagpasa. Dapat before October 31 kayo nagpasa at nag apply Ng marriage license para valid pa sana yun. To clarify, yes sa embassy na from now on kukuha ng LCCM . Good thing merun na kayong appointment so okay na po yan. Good luck sa inyo.👍👏

You can book an online appointment on his behalf but he needs to appear personally during the appointment in the us embassy.

Expired na Po yan kasi valid lng yung locally notarization na LCCM hanggang October 31 2023. After that sa US EMBASSY na kukuha.

Not sure Po Kasi one of the requirements mag apply ng marriage license sa local civil registrar Ng munisipyo ay birth certificate. Ask nyo nlang munisipyo nyo kung San nyo balak mag apply Ng marriage license. Sila ang nag approve at nag dedecide nyan.

No need na po yan. Yung appointment confirmation print out lng. Us passport. Birth certificate. If previously married or widow., bring the divorce decree or death certificate of previous spouse. Payment 3000 pesos or $50.

You can just book an appointment at us embassy website to obtain your legal capacity to contract marriage and they will provide you the form. For Cenomar, you can get it to any PSA outlet in the Philippines or online at psaserbilis.com and have it delivered to your mailing address.

Sabi kasi doon sa requirements birth certificate not older than 1 year old. E sobrang old na yung birth certificate niya more than 20 years ago pa yung copy kasi db birth certificate naman doesnt have expiration kaya naguguluhan po kami. Its either make an appointment thru online at Us embassy or talk to attorney. There is no fixer po sa LTO lang po uso and fixer not in US embassy you need to sign personally in front of the agent in us embassy.

Hi. Okay lang ba ako nlng kukuha ng CLCM instead of my fiance po? We can provide an SPA naman if needed and to prove that it has hi permission. We only have 2 weeks kasi to do lahat ng proseso including our wedding day. We will have the wedding next year in God's grace.

How do I check if I got the appointment?
After you finish and have it submitted, there will be a confirmation page screen. Stating the details of your appointment. You're supposed to take a screenshot and print it so that when you go to an appointment you have to bring it. You may rebook once there's an available slot. Try to check everyday or by Monday (maybe Tuesday since it's a holiday on Monday) morning Philippines time.

Nabigyan na po kami ng legal capacity mismo ng US embassy manila pero di po inapproved ng judge kasi hindi daw po un ung legal capacity na needed nila, and additional pa na need ipa Apostille.... new rules po ba un ngayon sa pagpapakasal
No need na po sa judge. Sa munisipyo nyo na local civil registrar dapat kayo pumunta para ipasa yang legal capacity to contract marriage along with the other documents. Sila Ang mag aapprove nyan Hindi Ang judge. Yung judge with license to perform a marriage, Sila lang ay officiant or tagakasal basta merun na kayong marriage license galing sa local civil registrar. No need na din ipa apostille Ng LCCM.

Yes sis may date yan.6 months lang validity nyan sis. Try nyo nlng kumuha if malapit na yung kasal nyo. Mabilis lng naman kumuha. Mag book kayo agad ng schedule like November kasi pa unahan yan.

After mag fill out at masubmit lahat ng info lalabas sa next screen yung confirmation page kung san makikita yung mga details na finill upan. Iscreenshot lng po yun. Baka may glitch yung website try na lng ulit.

Yeah as long as the legal capacity to contract marriage is issued and notarized by the US embassy, it's already good. No need to apostille. And it only takes an hour, depending on the queue.
