Okay so this might seem like a weird question but how do you get in and out of bed with that bassinet next to your bed. I found it so hard to get in and out of bed in the night. 🤦🏼♀️🤪
This is exactly what I want. My husband said our baby should be in the second room. I told him it’s best for the first few months to have our baby in the master bedroom first; it will be easier for us.
I’m expecting my baby girl (first time mama!) next month!! This video has been really helpful, me & my husband have a pretty small room & don’t even have an extra room for her to have her own nursery. I actually bought the babybay bedside sleeper a few weeks ago when you first posted your code. GAME CHANGER. I’m so excited to use it for her & that I can keep using it for years, especially living in such a small space.
We have the same crib and I absolutely love it! It fit well in our room and really does make night nursing, soothing, and night diaper changes so much easier. I can pick him up easily and put him back to sleep easily too. Only thing that worries me, my 3 mo old squirms a lot when he’s hungry and if his hands are free sometimes he hits it up against the top of the flat part that’s flush against the bed.. I’m not sure if it hurts him but I try to create a barrier with my hand until I am ready to pick him up. Ohhh, and sometimes it’s hard to get out of bed though… I have to scoot myself to the part where the beds meet and finally get out of my bed. It’s a hassle but I’ve gotten adjusted, and one I can live with for a few months until we move the crib against the wall. Otherwise, love the crib! And love your nook… helpful to see how others build theirs!
Thanks for the info and good to hear you love it too! Same I just have to scoot to the edge of the bed to get out but it's fine because I don't use the bathroom every night anyways.
I love the bedside bassinets! So happy you got it! I don’t know why people don’t use them more. They are great! Baby is safe to sleep but yet close and helps with nursing. Plus they are bigger and we used it for 5 months! And in an apartment so easy to move around
I love you thank you for not being that extra money expender mom who recommends things that are not versatile and just pretty 😅 like I really appreciated you ❤
I am interested in this bassinet but I keep wondering if it’s difficult to keep blankets, etc from moving into the bassinet from the bed? I always see a photo of it with the bed made but not with how the comforter would be when actually sleeping. Thank you
In the same boat! We are in a 2 bed room apartment & my daughter is in the second room. I am expecting my second born at the end of January & we had to up our lease to 7 more months. Baby boy will be rooming with us for quite some time. Therefore, figuring out a suitable sleeping space is definitely in the works over here. I love the minimal take on all of it!
Wondering if it would actually help to add a second one to expand into a full crib wouldnt it still be the same height for baby ? I would assume its comfier in width but baby grows taller too. Just curious anyone who has done this up to what age did you have to stop using it?
No, I usually just throw a burp cloth under or towel in case it spills. The few times I didn't she had some bad blowouts that flew all over me and I regret it haha!
Can I just SAAAAAY .....I don't remember the last time I came across a TH-cam channel that had me subscribing & hitting that bell on the very first video 🤌🏻 YOU LITERALLY HAD ME AT HELLO. Your simple & genuine authenticity comes through instantly in your content & I just love your whole entire vibe & approach to mama-hood. 30 weeks pregnant with my second little one & excited to start following your journey! ❤️
How do you get in an out of bed to change the babies diaper or use the bathroom? Do you know if the original babybay will be able to convert into a crib! I can’t get in touch with the company to get an answer
I'm a new subscriber.. just found your video with ,,Speaking only Romanian for one day" and I'm romanian soo Heeey salut!! Btw I like the song ,,Hai spune-mi cine a biruit" (is one of my favourite) plus ,,Biruitor" (is so cool I think you'll like it too) Peace!
Loved this! I’m expecting my second baby come April. I want to get the nested bean sleep sack you use but it’s kinda pricy for our budget 🥲 so I’m hoping if I have a baby shower with this one someone gifts it to us.
Have you tried wool breast pads? I know that sounds awful and itchy, but they are not at all! They are very absorbent, they don’t get gross like cotton ones do, and you literally only need two sets. I got mine from Danish Wool

Loved this video Nicole! Currently working on my room baby organization baby #2 is due verrry soon. Love your simple yet aesthetic room ☺️❤️
Are you guys using the straps that attach the sleeper to the box spring? Or do you feel like it’s not needed?
When you change baby's diaper in bed do you use a reusable changing mat ?
No, I usually just throw a burp cloth under or towel in case it spills. The few times I didn't she had some bad blowouts that flew all over me and I regret it haha!
Hiii 😁

My bed is taller than yours I’m worried it wouldn’t work out ? Should i get the taller version ?

I change her diaper right in the bed :) and if I use the bathroom I just scoot to the edge and get off the bed, it doesn't block the entire side
Oh my gosh I LOVE that bassinet!!! Currently on the hunt….what brand is yours?
Hi. What time of mattress did you use and shits?
Whats the name of the bassinet pls?
What is the crib called?

Love this video! Curious if you still use your babybay cosleeper now in a different way.
