So excited for you to have your miracle baby! My fiancé and I went through infertility treatments as well. Started with a surgery, then about 18 months of TTC on our own and with medications. We ended up having 3 IUIs back to back that had failed. We got out on the IVF waitlist and were expecting a call for May of 2025, but I shockingly got pregnant the cycle after the last failed IUI after only taking letrozole. Our little miracle is due in April ❤ 15 weeks today. To anyone else struggling with infertility, do not give up hope. When you least expect it, it will happen ❤️
Keep that portable fan in your hospital bag! You’re gonna need it during labor! Lol mama of two and I’m due on the 30th with my 3rd and that fan is a huge life saver!!
One thing you might want is a small wash basin for your kitchen sink to soak dirty bottles/pump parts in hot soapy water. I liked having this for if I wasn’t going to wash things right away so they’re not sitting for hours with milk in them
I second this! My daughter is 14 months and we still use it for her stuff that needs to be washed. I like keeping her stuff separate from ours and then it’s not touching anything else in the sink.

I love the Honest diapers. Best quality, clean material product, cute seasonal prints, superior absorbency, my husband doesn’t believe it was even wet if it weren’t for the wetness indicator.

The pampers swaddles are overall the best as far as softness and sturdiness of Velcro, they also have high absorbency.. but the honest baby wipes are the best

I have that tub and it’s really good but I will say it leaks from the seals on the bottom a little so you’ll probably want it in your bath tub anyway! Also it can mold around all the turquoise silicone pieces.

Eee so exciting!! I highly recommend getting a second car seat base (and mirror or camera) if you can. It made life soooo much easier if we had to take my hubby’s car vs mine or mine vs hubby’s
Also related to the diapers I really like the pampers swaddlers for overnights as they seemed to hold a lot of urine (for when baby starts to sleep longer stretches/gets changed less at night)
I also didnt have space for a rocking/glider chair and thought i wouldnt need one, i amazon primed a ready rocker that you can lay behind you to help with the rocking motion bc my back was killing me doing it myself
Loved seeing all the baby clothes & items & your organizational items…great job! You have so much energy! Your face was so funny looking at AJ cuddling Vinny like a baby. I wonder how she will react to baby? Love the books on the shelf & cute art prints, especially the coffee one. The nursery looks great and you have it all ready-what a blessing and relief! I do encourage you to have a sheet or something on that changing table on the dresser…sometimes diapers can be quite messy! Do you have little mittens for his hands so he won’t scratch his face -those tiny nails are hard to trim. The tiny socks are adorable. 😊
One thing I liked postpartum was having padsicles. I even stuck them in my diapers. I made them with aloe, witch hazel, and lavender. They felt pretty nice! Also, I really like my Haakaa BUT when baby gets older and bigger it is very easily kicked off. I believe they make a ladybug one that doesn’t hang but holds less.
From what I’ve heard you can take the diapers to target and exchange them as long as target carries the brands!! I definitely get the concerns with the fragrance on their sweet skin 🥲

TAKE THE STROLLER FAN IN YOUR HOSPITAL BAG!! It is a life saver while in labor and postpartum in the hospital. The fan and my chap stick were the only two things I used in the hospital and I do not regret it. Post partum sweats are a thing :(
I love those Halara shorts! They’ve looked great on you throughout the whole pregnancy. I’m currently 40 weeks 3 days and needless to say nothing fits me anymore 😅 Just put together my postpartum bathroom stuff and I was recommended to get a sitzbath, so if you don’t have one yet I just wanted to pass that along!
Don’t worry too much about the different nappy/diaper brands unless you notice your little one has sensitive skin. I was given 5 different brands and used all in the first month and my little boy was just fine!
The pampers I got for my shower… the smell is so strong I can’t even. I prefer non scented and that’s what I registered for. I’ll probs go to target and switch them out.
100% agree with you. Would recommend swapping the pamper swaddlers for unscented diapers. My son broke out in a rash and once a pampers pack is opened you have to file a claim with them vs returning at the store to get a refund..it was so annoying.

Second - I have a glider with all the nice cushions and yes I love it, but I’d get comfy and start dozing off while nursing baby if I was extra tired in it 😂 if I were to make a second purchase for a new one, I’d probably go for a “no frills” style rocking chair

You are doing so good sticking to the basics for clothing🎉most people get soo excited about newborn clothes and baby is growing out befor they can wear the outfits👍trying out different brands of diapers is a good thing too, you'll find your favourites! Just please put a cover of some sort on you changing mat, imagine yourself being laid on a cold plastic surface...😅
If I remember correctly, the bottles are only sterilized for 48 hours so I would run them through a quick cycle on the dishwasher before you use them just to be safe!
Yes multiple diapers is good! With my daughter, Huggies worked best. My son, pampers or Huggies worked. But I tested about 10 brands before coming to that conclusion! You just never know

Lovely moving video❤ few advice❤ newborn clothes he will outgrow in no time, u may have way too many :) also babies up until 5-6 mo only wear PJ trust me :) no outfits no socks no nothing :) love the baby tub u have i have the same and it grows with the baby. Icepads are useful PP. the rest u will get almost evthg from the hospital I promise (squirt bottle i nver used tho), the mesh underwear evthg. Also hospital bag u wont need anything !!! I only used one outfit for when i left the hospital. The rest of the time u will be in hospital gown (they are just fine) and it will be short hospital stay so who cares. Of course some baby clothes. My NB never wore any of the hats they kept on falling off. All that to say 99% of what u will pack in ur hospital bag u wont use. Trust me. Good luck!🎉

If I was you will put something up on that. Because in the night can be very cold. So just put something when you're changing your baby. It's better you wash it, but your child feel warm end project.
Never use scented love, tape that box up and exchange them. My babies butt HATED any scents. And becareful with wipes even “sensitive” wipes can have scent. Always pick “unscented”.
