It’s so funny because the other day, idk which day. I stumbled across your channel and only because you have same name as my late grandmother I stopped and watched I think your peach cobbler video. I love baking and learned from my mother and my father’s grandmother mainly. Although I had a very special bond with my mother’s mother, Grandmom Gloria. Lol her birthday was 6/4/24 she would have been 93 this year. 🥰. We talked about any and everything! I miss her so much! My father’s mother is from down south. I learned early age how to make banana pudding after I tasted it. I knew I needed to always be able to make it and not depend on anyone else to feel like making it. Lol I make it from scratch with the evaporated milk, egg yolk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Sometimes I add banana extract as well not often. I use to bake in my easy~baked~oven until I said mom this isn’t getting it. I want to bake in the real oven! 🤣. My momma allowed me and I started using box cakes and adding to the box my own then eventually I went to a scratch. I have mixed it up throughout the years. I’m back to my scratch vibe! I love watching others cooking and baking.

Thank you for the recipe, I just made it for the very first time and I’m taking it to my family dinner tomorrow, I basically doubled the recipe and it turned out fantastic. I used French vanilla pudding instead of banana flavored pudding, I found the bananas are strong enough to make it banana flavored as long as you refrigerate it for a few hours, either way will be great.
