Reach-out Project Phase 1 (COVID-19 Special Initiative)

Hopeworks Ghana embarked on the Phase 1 of the Reach-out Project on 28th March, 2020 in an effort to address the challenges the COVID-19 poses to students with intellectual and developmental Disabilities at Castle Road Special School of the Accra Psychiatric Hospital in Adabraka in Accra.
About 40 students were educated on the various preventive measures, after which Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) i.e. veronica buckets, liquid soaps, tissues, and bowls were donated to the school to help them with the fight against the pandemic..
