I’ve been a Ford customer for 38 years and the direction they are going I’m astounds me . 1993 I had an escort cosworth brand new and it broke my heart to sell it three years later when
I got married lol
Can’t see me getting another Ford after 38 years and I really loved the brand they have clised hundreds of deal ships including mine a Ford dealer of 87 years think my next car will be Toyota or Volkswagen .

Many congrats on the purchase 🎉 It is one of the last ones now the 1.5 has been replaced with the 1.0 Hybrid ST version.
@@SamAustinhello there I’ve been a Ford fan for over 50 but the direction in uk they are going is baffling . My Puma ST is a cracking fun nippy car and with limited slip differential and pilot 4s tyres it sticks to road like glue . I’ve driven the 1.0 ltr 168Bhp with auto box and it’s awful one thing Ford never could do well was auto gearboxes . But my biggest disappointment was the decision to close hundreds of dealers including my local one this January after 87 years . I’m of an age where I’ll never need to drive electric cars we are years away from having the infrastructure to support it uk wide . Thanks for replying oh if you ever get the chance to drive An escort Cosworth a standard one or and I’m showing my age hear lol A lotus Cortina Jump at it no driving aids just you and the car take care 👍
A Cosworth would be great to drive as I have not experience one so that is a very good shout. Good to hear about your 1.5 ST Puma ownership so far 👍
I have been driving my little green beaST for just over two years now. I can't stop driving it, such an amazing car to drive. Love how playfull steering is. That hyperactive power steering helps to communicate what front wheels are doing to the point that even if you get close to the limit, you know exactly when and how to react.
Equipment is also just spot on. Couple of comfort features that you really use, nothing excessive. Maybe I just wish that blindspot monitoring was still there and heated mirrors - that's it.
Traveled through Germany, Italy, Poland, Netherlands. I even had a sleep in the car during Nurburgring race event 😂 So many good memories.

Can't believe Ford has stopped making the Fiesta. When Ford gets something right they really get it right. Just looks fun unlike all those SUV's that look the same. Good video Sam

I didn't think there were any 24 plate ST's about? I wouldn't charge my car with it been one of the last 8.5 3dr, get 40mpg it's a keeper👍
Neither did I but it looks as those these two managed to get through. I drove a MK8 ST Edition which was on a 22 plate and that too had slipped through the net in terms of a newer registration plate. Great to see them and for sure yours sounds like a keeper being a 3 door and I am happy you are enjoying it 🎉

Just be interesting how many it was.
Even though it was only just over a year from starting production from when they stopped production.

100% even the van versions are fantastic cars. I also think they look very cool too without the back windows. So many model versions well worth celebrating 🎉

They really are! Yes for sure the I20N really raised the game in this sector too so sad to see that dissappear also as it seemed as though it was on a great track to sell many cars into the future. I loved driving one with Hyundai a few years ago and I know owners only have great things to say about them too 👍

I've always loved the Fiesta, unfortunately I don't own the ST version but I recently bought a 2nd hand Vignale Edition in black, and I love driving it, great car with a touch of luxury. It's sad that Ford have taken the decision not to produce these cars any more. Great video.

There’s currently 1 brand new Fiesta ST listed on AutoTrader, at a Liverpool Ford dealer. Gotta be the last one surely? Sad to see them go.
Yes I see that one in white too. It is actually quite a good price for a brand new Fiesta ST in ST3 specification. Could well be the last one your right. Happy there are still plenty on the road as Ford sold plenty which is good news for the future even if we do not see them new any more 👍
The People's Ford one, it will be long gone. I bought the last one from People's Ford in Edinburgh in March, and it's still on Autotrader

Dreadful ride quality, fidgity and the car tramlines on any uneven surfaces,seats are far too large for the car,alloy wheel finish marks/chips very easily,Michelin pilot sport 4 tyres a expensive as 205/40/18 are a uncommon size,Matrix headlights are amazing for a car in this category,digital binnacle is excellent ,sound of engine/exhaust in sport mode makes ya smile😂Fiesta ST3 overpriced £28000..will l miss it come time to change...yeah 😢

Think ford have given up on us petrol head enthusiasts. Doesn’t look like ford are interested in manufacturing performance models anymore. Surely they have to realise that electric suv’s aren’t the way to go for the future. Maybe hybrids yes but we can all be spending standing around for an hour waiting for our cars to get charged.
I feel a similar way to yourself in regards to this. I do have a video next on my channel which I have just filmed today of a great performance fast Ford which they still make. Well worth checking this out when I release it in the coming days on the channel as it really is an enthusiasts cars 👍
