You're transformed the look of the car. The silver wheels lift the whole appearance and I personally think the stance is spot on, so no need to lower it. It is weird seeing you sporting the Corona cut!

I feel your pain with doing the turbo to crossover pipe. I swapped mine out on the old mk2 st it was a pig getting the pipe attached to the turbo. I also deleted the symposer on my mk2 st as it's prone to splitting on those so figured remove it and 1 less thing to worry about. My st was running 320 and the power delivery was brilliant would probably still have it now if it had not got rear ended and written off.
Looks and sounds perfect mate. I would not fit the springs for reasons you mentioned. If it was me, I would spend my time & money on maintenance and minor repairs now and just enjoy the car! But your choice of course. Looking forward to your next vid... and certainly not getting bored watching them.👍
I'd say fit the eibach springs on most cars but honestly it sits lovely how it is as standard. I'd love to see you take this on the rolling road to see that power she's making.
Car looks great with the silver wheels. Personally I love the stock look and 100% agree with you to keep it looking that way. Your RS sits at a nice ride height just as it is ... the lowered Eibach springs will look better but will you have issues with clearance on steep driveways etc? You mentioned that you don't like tyre black because it flicks of etc. A good quality Tyre black just finishes a car off and protects the tyre rubber and keeps it looking new. I would recommend Angelwax Enigma Elixir ... it's a ceramic infused tyre black that will not sling off and will give the tyre a nice satin finish ... I think you would like it.
Covid cut! That tickled me!! I looked at my boys who have suffered under the influence of my clippers a week ago😂. Spacers and exhaust. I chose the same setup. Perfect. Silver alloys on white paint. Much better than black. Good choice. I hated the fly eyes too!😂 eibachs... I heard good things from RS owner club members who had them. I had the BC racing set up. Worth a try. Just swap them back over if you are unhappy with them? Sterling job. Brings back happy memories. Still searching for mine to buy back!😂

Haven't watched your videos for a bit. Lost interested if I'm honest when you got the RS and taked about doing all your nods to it. But now..... So glad you've got it back to near original now. So much better looking than the usual 'boy racer' RS's you see. Keep it original you'll be thankful you did. Oh. Leace the hight where it is aswell.
wheels i'm 50/50.... i recall you saying on the order of your mk3 that you did not like silver wheels......but i like standard looks....so many mk2's are modded...loving the clean look.....maybe brake caliper's need painting, something you can do yourself.... stay safe and well

I think there is not much that you can do on the outside or engine bay, but what about interior? I think i would change maybe floor mats and would look for some nice steering wheel. Have you ever thought about changing interior a bit? Otherwise good job so far 😉👍 And by the way, you don’t need springs 🥳

It looks really nice and I’m debating silver wheels and blue vents also on my PB RS? But I will say and it’s the only thing holding me back is that when you go standard look it does age the car slightly? In the flesh I’m sure I would change my mind though. I would fit the springs although the view as it is looks Low already? Sure it’s the camera angle though. If your debating what’s next I would go clear fog to even the look and a BBK. EBC in blue 👍🏻
The RS looks epic, keep it OEM+ the car will always command a higher premium and be more sort after. If you love the way it drives don't fit the springs. Love white always been a proper Motorsport RS colour too👍
Nice one Gary the silver wheels make such a difference to the look i agree, and white vents too. I'll be doing the same eventually. with Eibachs i found the ride less crashy although still hard. Did you ask about drive shafts when lowering ?
I had Eibachs on my MK2, ride and handling stays the same but looks much better lowered. The gap between the wings and wheels is far too big when standard.
I’d fit the springs, they don’t drop it much, but I prefer them on mine over standard. Other than that I’d leave it as is externally (except the red rear fog lamp). If you did nothing more you’ve made a great car even better.
Looks WAAAAY better. Far more clean look to the car. As for springs I wouldn't bother as risk scrapping your splitter on speed bumps more uncomfortable ride in exchange for MAYBE 2 seconds a lap quicker on a track day?
I would keep in on the standard springs mine is on H&R and I can only speak for what mine is like but it's very bumpy and can get unsettled on a fast uneven surface if I had some OEM springs I would 100% have them on my car
So much better. Would also look smart in an anthracite but not black. Lowered 20mm would finish off the exterior, looks a bit gappy between arch and tyre.

Don’t lower her mate I have lowered various cars from various brands the last one being my previous M3 and it was a really expensive set up and handled on another level! But I had to virtually crawl over speed humps and there are plenty where I live. It may also be a coincidence but my arches needed a yearly refresh at the body shop and it was a low mileage example less than a 3rd of the mileage of my previous M3 that only had to visit the same body shop once in -3-4 years of ownership. So unless I was in the position to get a dedicated track car there’s no way I would consider buying a lowered car or paying to ruin another one for the road. Just my opinion

I bought my Focus ST around the same time you got your MK3 RS and got the same colour as yours in the Stealth but sadly had to wait 9months for it to be delivered as they had issues manufacturing it in Germany and at the time it was at least 12month waiting list for an RS but when I finally got it I love it now and like you with your MK2 I want to keep and keep original . I'm thinking of putting a Mountune on it and from Mountune directly. Was just asking should I go direct to them or just change the key components to improve performance as you have good experience with Ford Hot Hatch's in the past . Many thanks...
The car looks a lot better now than when you bought it. All great improvements and I wouldn’t lower it. Lowered cars are a pain IMO, I also don’t think this style of car suits the sat on the floor look. Ford developed the car to be a fast road car with the same practicality of a useable hatchback. I wouldn’t want to naff that up myself. 👍
100% about window deflectors ...ruin the window rubbers and less noise without them, never been a fan of them, car looks perfect now, would leave ride height as is also

The diaphragm will be split in the symposer so if you're swapping the pipes over, be sure to check the diaphragm.

Try the auto finesse satin tyre dressing, no sling on the wheels or up the side just a nice clean finish and smells amazing

I fitted my Eibachs after 4yrs, and wish I'd done it after 4wks! Looks better and also rides better! 👍

Hi Garry I have a 2016 st and one of the rear arches are starting to rust so it's still an issue with ford iam getting if fixed ( you have to )

Dropping 20mm is not slammed. It's just a subtle improvement.
It's all opinion but I prefer the wheels black. But yeah each to their own.
