I feel like the problem with this thing is the more you use it the more it's motion becomes predictable to you. Someone who has used one enough could probably do it blindfolded, and you're drilling a bunch of reactions into memory which a live opponent may be able to exploit.
that’s the whole point, to have muscle memory, when you see a hook coming, it will be natural to just raise your hand and block it, you wont suddenly freeze and flinch at a hand coming straight to your face
I mean logically, you could say that about any form of sparring equipment. How many videos we see of people hitting the speed bag, double end bag, reflex bag, etc. blindfolded? At the end of the day, no piece of sparring equipment will ever beat out true 1 vs 1 person sparring. But for a person like me with a hectic schedule and many others, this is hardly a bad alternative.
@@danilopablo9848 I have been looking for a way to make one for years. Any chance of a tutorial coming from you? If only I had a better understanding of the bearings used.

I got drywall and I wanna put it in my room but ik it’s not gonna work and it’s jus gonna break the wall, the wall is too thin and weak, imma put it in my garage
It can't hurt. I am interested in it just to build better reflex and movement. Also, if you're buying $300+ equipment you are in a place in life where street fights shouldn't be happening.
This looks cool but if you are actually working on technique instead of just working out. It will look a little different, your punches aren't being thrown with proper technique.
There is a difference between an object swinging at you vs a fighter punching at you. LMMFAO Y'all go ahead and let Ryan Garcia inspired training TH-cam videos get your ass busted up. 😂😂😂
Absolutely love your movements!
Great demo man. I love this video. Great hands 👍
Awesome video. Good work.
Great song choice ❤

We have one at the gym it’s awesome and really a lot harder than it seems.
@@druzzi9054 if u flinch at punches u need to spar more to get more comfortable. This is absolutely awesome machine to train reflexes though.

This combined with the double end bag are THE two best ways to train defense and reflexes without a partner.
You make this look fun. Almost 300$ fun lol
their is some cheaper ones
Maybe, but I think there's more fun to follow by applying what it teaches you...
You can make one for less than 50$
I made one spending BRL15, 00 in a junk yard
That's about 3USD
