Hey bro, you seem new, you can press R to rotate items for easier inventory management. Also if you hover above a healing item and press a number u can just click that number whenever to use it, you were able to fix your bleed but you didn’t, get familiar with the medicine items, also you should never kill other scabs as a scav that’s the number one rule, there’s a thing called scav karma which is your reputation with the trader named fence, if it goes too low scabs will shoot you while your a scav without antagonization, also your scav will spawn with worse and worse loot, the better you are about it, the better your loot is as a scav. You can also examine items by pressing middle mouse/scroll wheel on them, those grey keys you saw could have been really good but you just took one and didn’t inspect it. Keep playing you will get better quickly, there’s a lot to learn and a whole lot to discover about the game, watch tips and tricks videos because knowledge is skill in tarkov. If you are wondering how to do a quest, watch a quest guide about that specific one and it will walk you through it. The quests get significantly hard and take a long time, but you’ll get there.
