Halfway through, I had a few observations; 1-the Kitchen is very underwhelming for a house this size. I don’t know if it was due to the camera angle (shooting from above). It seems a little small. Also for a newer house I would have expected a larger fridge bay as lately a two French door fridge has become the norm.
Most importantly the rails on the stairs and the balcony are a very big potential accident hazard for someone that may have kids below the age of 5. A kid could go through those very large spaces and fall.
3-The burglar proof rails in the windows are more design/decoration than the former to say the least.
The presenter is amazing. A short video is highly appreciated but I think she spoke a little too fast-may be it was the final editing.
