Kenyan real estate is so overpriced. More overpriced than Singapore and Dubai. This house should be around 200-250 Mil just because of land nothing else. The building cannot cost more than 100 mil max to build and that's because of imported interiors

Okay I usually looooove Fine Urban Interiors and how they do their work but whoever did the editing of this video was all over the place like we honestly couldn’t place what was where!
