It is more usable now, cause there is no cost based on how much damage you take like before, which previously made her 4th non viable for take high level enemies damage, and movility is better now too, you can jump at least xd
How are u proccing frostbite?
With my diriga, it uses the tazicor with a cold - corrosive build, so the arcane proc with that
Did she already get rework?
Yes, came with the 1999 update.
