I would say Chi already flows with every movement you make. Chi are umbrella terms for many things. But Chi in internal arts is one that leads Jin which is the movement itself.

I have ran across this saying at least 3 times now - Hands of Xing Yi, Waist of Taiji, and Feet of Bagua to be invincible warrior.
