    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 cup of water (adjust to local humidity)
    Break into 4 balls and let sit for 20 minutes covered. Then press and cook with tortilla press or roll with roller and cook in non-stick heated skillet.
