I tried some rainy night in Melb photos recently, used 40mm f2 at about f4. Is it best to go wide open for the light or try F7.1 for more depth of field. Really love your style, want to practice.

what is that red equipment under the camera?
That’s an L bracket. Useful when you want to move your camera from horizontal to vertical mount on a tripod.
