Not in to Country 'til I started playing guitar in my 20s . .Don't be Cruel would morph in to Love me do . King of the Road , then Stones and the Eagles . Everybody knew the words .
As an absolute beginner it's the strumming that seems so hard. Are there any routines or secrets to strumming that will help learn this element of playing easier and quicker?
Love this video, could you do a similar one for modern new age country songs? Luke Bryan etc. British guy living in the US and every song I learn (British indie lol) no one here has ever heard of!
Thanks for watching guys! This video is in promotion of the new Country guitar course for beginner to intermediate, acoustic & electric, here's the link! www.andyguitar.co.uk/courses/country-guitar-bootcamp-with-adrian-from-acpg?context=pathway&pathwayTag=coming-soon
I hear you I'll never know why he has so many subscribers same as marty s and yet justin guitar has far less and is so much better at playing and a much better teacher than the two put together and always points out whether or not it's the right way or an easier way etc etc

Thank you Andy I love your lessons.❤
I wasn't much of a country fan until I watched Nashville on Amazon. Now I find I am becoming more more of a fan!
Well, that's country pop. Not real country. Hank Williams, George Jones, willy. That's real country.

I do those Hank sr songs in key of C and use F G7 or D7 as progression but that’s how I learned them
Yes Andy what's your favorite four bands 😀😘
Can you post up the intro to Guitars n Cadillacs, that was awesome!
"Dance the Night Away" is just two chords. However you do need to play it by the freezers in Iceland for the truely authentic sound :)
Thank you Andy for the Ring of fire,

I use G-C-D For the gambler.
ANDY...after 7:24 there is an audio problem with your voice... clear again after 10:28
To be fair - the vast majority of pop uses just three chords - ALL of blues is just three chords - so this is not breaking news
Can you do the theme from rawhide.😊
Audio of your singing missing in the middle of the video
❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
Most older country songs did only use 3 chords
WRONG! There's a key change in King of the Road. Vid just thrown together for the sake of making a vid.

I thought ALL Country songs used 3 chords ?
Why don’t you show us the C songs that use more than four cords. That would be a easy task since it’s probably less than 10.
Just for future reference acky breaky heart isn't a real country song
That song is hideous, lol
