Leonardo Da Vinci was an unsurpassed genius of talent! I’ve heard of him! I also love nature and philosophy from an early childhood. I’ve been reading books since I was four. I notice as a poet that if we are at the water, rivers or oceans, mountains, even the lost inspiration can return, and of course our main Muse is true love! I draw from the school bench. Now I love to draw Sketches watercolor. ) Once I kept a personal diary, but I quit. Maybe I’ll keep it in the future! I understand very well creative people who are not realized in their purpose! I hope the future will be more favourable to me in that regard!😉

The "Retreat into Nature" chapter was something i recently read about. Here's the explanation on how it works: You have two modes of brain 1) Conscious mind - Focused mode & 2) Unconscious mind - Diffused mode. While we are out in nature, we shift our focus to the things in nature because of their magnificent beauty. Shifting our brain mode to diffused mode, which constantly thinks about the idea we had earlier again and again w/o us knowing! Just like how you breathe, your heart beats, all unconsciously. If you wish to know more and a much better detailed explanation on this, i would recommend you reading "A mind for numbers" by Barbara Oakley

Btw, if you dont want to do the deep work of reading deep work here is our sponsor that lets you pretend you read deep work by reading a summary of deep work. Duh?
