This could not come at a better time in my life...

I felt afraid, for it reminded me of my grandmother how I visited her often & we had our fruitful talks & how times now & then & the memorable narratives & poems she used to recall for me till her health started to deteriorate day by day & with she started to forget due to aging & couldn't recognise her grandchildren & then death separated her from us. Visit your family & relatives often, keep in touch with them, this is a great deed in Islam & it's consequential if it's neglected meaningfully.

Why did you guys delete the greatest stoic quotes of all time that featured the big 3 Stoics of Marcus Aurelius, Seneca & Epictetus
"only spend time with those who elevate your character and wish the best for you" (0:51) doesn't sound like something a Stoic would say at all.
The "wish the best for you" part doesn't seem very stoic. The elevation part seems accurate, though.
Death comes to us all.
Men of the world, look to Stoicism for the framework of how to live a fruitful life. Many things we are taught in the modern era are the opposite of what we need. Observe how a sword is forged by a blacksmith. It is bathed in flame, drowned in water, and hit repeatedly with the hammer. It is through such challenge that one can forge their own fortitude. Do not boast, and meet your challenges with quiet sincerity. Do not pursue the easy convenient & easy life you are told to desire, it is devoid of meaning and soulful content. Seek out the difficult path. That is the one that leads to the most breathtaking summit.
