Good video :) I am too far into the xt30 and the available lenses and I can't justify a second camera yet. I got the 16 2.8, 35 1.4, 50 2, a Viltrox 85 and some old Minolta glass. It's itching to sell everything and to get the x100v, but nah, I will stay strong. I am more interested in the x pro 3. What do you think about the two Teleconverters? They add some good focal length to this camera and I have heard the digital zoom is also pretty good. Of course the Teleconverter is better, but the digital zoom isnt too far behind in terms of quality. No Raw support though with digital zoom.
Another good video, Alex. Please tell us the name of the lens hood/adaptor you show in the video. I have just watched one of your earliervideos where you reviewed and chose to buy the Haoge square hood. Why did you change?
That's what pushed me to a discounted A6600 vs the X-S10... I really love Fuji's profiles but the AF is a no go ... I can color grade later even 8 bit HLG, but I can't refocus
I know this comment is a year late, but for real. The footage out this camera is insane! A buddy of mine who owns a bike store, asked me to shoot a small 30 second talking head video to promote an upcoming event. Dang!! The footage came out absolutely insanely beautiful. I didn’t do any kind of post processing whatsoever and it looked like professional video footage. He was even shocked how it looked lol. I’ve owned this camera since the day of its release and never used it for video. Now I want a gimbal for it lol

Yeah for video I agree. Its because the lens has to come out and go back in at a certain point to lock focus. This causes breathing, it’s not a design flaw, but rather a compromise. I 100% choose the smaller size however! Next time, I will pre-focus and switch to manual while filming.
@@nomondayclub Honestly, I never once used the camera for video. Simply just used it for family photos and snapshots. I actually sold it, but am regretting it a bit as the photos did turn out nice (when in focus), and there are no other good options out there.

I found the best compromise for travel is an X-T3 with the kit zoom.

I didn’t have eye autofocus on. I kept my street photography profile and settings. It’s annoying not having a dedicated video profile I agree!
@@arfmf for video, sure. The sony is just a tool however. The Fuji’s are an experience :)

@@nomondayclub too many focusing issues. But I will say this, I do miss it already!!
@@leafsfan71 I think you never learned to focus with it. There are many settings and if you are on the wrong one, you will misfocus a lot.
