If ya want a really clean look for the wiring on your helmet ya can often route the wires through the inside around the padding using the same trick with the strips using the Velcro that holds the pads in place.

Careful with that baofeng radio, those transmit on frequencies which require a license in most places in the world and you could face up to a $10,000 fine in America for using without a license
For the radio/headset, the Baofend UV82 has a dual channel mode, and they sell a UV82 PTT/Speaker Mic that has an aux out. I use a coiled fabric braided 3mm chord from the Dual PTT to the headset. That way I can run headset off with a speakermic, or headset on with discreet coms.
I never had problems with airsoft as long as i had a layer of simple cloth over (excluding eyes and teeth i had a very thick rag/bandana over my teeth and googles) a very small 6mm mark on my skin when shot at point blank range.

Test some really cheap gear like 8fields, mfh or Miltec and compare such an platecarrier with a medium/high quality carrier by (for example) Tasmanian tiger, warrior assault or, if you have the money, with an Crye plate carrier. And don’t forget the stress test.

Yes it is a good way but only really works with stuff from your country. For example I live in Germany and I can find great surplus used German army stuff but all the American stuff is suuuuuper expensive 👌🏼
I picked up a sweet weighted west thats also sweet plate Carrier, even came with two morale patches and weight plates I "DO NOT" recommend for game play, mock plates do fit nicely tho...

well that one I got from the Echo4 guys down in Florida when they patched me in. I'm pretty confident they made these patches themselves. Search for echo4 on instagram - they do pretty epic stuff!
I got a airsoft gun from Amazon that has under 100 buck and i had it for a long time and it has not break yet the only that happened to it was it got jammed but I fix’s it really fast I really recommend it!!!
So far I only had good experiences with Umarex Guns. My MP7A1 is the new AEG from Umarex and I really love it. You can check it out in a comprehensive review and gameplays here on my channel!

Those gloves that have knuckle protection are called impact gloves

That could work really well, especially if you run a bump helmet with holes or like me an Airframe with the slit.

The best air soft pant is all time are official Boy Scout Uniform outdoor pants. They are dark green, and have HUGE pockets. Very many too.
