Good morning Kevin. Early morning video greatly appreciated. I was up early today and in the shower and out and and ready for the day. Dressed and all. Going with my sister and brother to the coast here in Oregon before my brother has to fly out this evening and return to San Francisco.

Hello Kevin! 🌿🤗 I was wondering how you manage fungus gnats with all of your organic self watering set ups. I've noticed when I use tree fern, I tend to get SO many more gnats.

So Kevin, I just started using Tree Fern and PON together for props. Do you keep the water level high with your mix initially?

Hey Kevin, nice, funny and authentic as usual. Now, when and where did you order the lechuza pon? Has it been long, because I can’t find it anywhere? Thank you.

Just curious what is the point of the PON when you use perlite? Is it nutrient value or simply another substrate that will all gaps for the roots?
Love your videos! I just did a chop of my Monstera Deliciosa a few weeks ago her video is up if interested to see how I did it. I had root rot weeks later…..so scary, but I think I got it out.

I use the same #4 chunky perlite that you do. 😊

You didn't put myco in the 4 cuttings? So when do you use it?? Isn't it for preventing shock??

Is tree Fern fibre keeps moist for a long time ? Monstera is kind of a spiece that is tend to rot. Why tree fern fibre is better than chunky aroid mix ?

Tree fern dries out waaay too fast for me in my conditions unfortunately. I do add in small amounts to my own DIY mix.
