Maybe for the ship you can have some sort of fishing net made out of fences dragging behind it, and use the contour of the half-sphere shape of the net to hide the harvesters, instead of the line of harvesters?
Idea: Make an oil rig somewhere in the sea later where it is the median between multiple ocean destinations and there have it produce lava and other liquids to bring to new places when you need them
I would absolutely love to see where this dockyard is gonna go maybe adding a large container ship with those cranes that unload them and also a drydock for building the ships would be really cool to see!

Since boats are usually quite slow You could consider setting a maximum speed for the boat to ~30% to make it look more like a boat. Also if you use the [+] below your time conditions, not the [+] on the right, you can set "cargo empty" as an additional "and" condition. Might make it more interesting

One change to the kelp processing I'd do is turn the shipping container that stores kelp blocks by 90 degrees, so that it can look as if you could have a truck come in and take the whole thing, with it being sideways like now it looks like it can't be taken out of the warehouse.
The encased fan has a range of 5 blocks in front of it, so you only need one fan and campfire on the side, in the gap between the warehouse wall and the item drain.
You should make some Dry docks with ships in progress, and possibly make some steam frigates off shore as more storage or for whatever reason you may be able to think off.
I love watching your builds. I had literally built a kelp boat the day before you posted this (I know, everyone will say I copied you) and I wanted to mention you can put your harvesters INSIDE the hull so you're not banging into the dock or taking out innocent dolphins.

I love those docks even if we had to lose the mansion! One thing that could help with decorstion of the shipyard would be a big crane that moves on rails. One of those old school style ones. It could move allong part of the pier and have an arm (doesnt need to move). It would be really cool!
I think the most amusing part of this video is the fact that during the mansion removal, there was a distant shot that showed the "background music" was localized instead of just being a part of the montage XD
Mr Beardstone, you should lower the speed limit of the kelp boat and add another stop somewhere to alternate where it stops each time around. Could make it more random and cool
A small narrow guage tramway would nice, maybe a GER Class C53, a small coach, and some plank wagons. Give the place some life, maybe add a gantry crane they just moves back and forth with a clamshell bucket. A a way you could hide a storage is a ship beign loaded. Maybe even add a rail ferry that acts as a localized train creation spot.
Would be cool to see a container yard instead of a regular building warehause for the shipyard. Maybe with some big gantries or a docked container ship.
Rather than using item Interfaces, to get the items from the boats to the trains/warehouses. Build a crane to lift item vaults from the train to the boats, and back. You can automate assembly and disassemble of trains by using a deployer with a wrench on a station. And with some clever red stone and wireless transmitters you can automate Stickers to hold onto Item Vaults before the train is assembled and to release them once it has been disassembled.
Hey Mr. Beardstone, I've been a little wierded out by the trucks behavior because it looks like they're drifting, and I think I figured out why. The bogeys for the carriage are on the front and back, which means it has 4 wheel steering. In a real car, it only has 2 wheel steer in the front. You could fix this by giving the train carriage a single bogey, directly under the rear axle of the truck. that way the rear wheels will pivot about the middle of the bogey, while the front wheels arc far out and turn like a normal car. It's a tiny detail but will help improve immersion.
a tip of some kind, if you want a easy way to count blocks use redstone as you can count out how many blocks away something is and can easily find the center

For the green dye issue, you can turn cacti into green dye. To stop going back and forth make a cacti farm. I hope this helps ❤

You could hide the stations better if you used buoys (the floating markers) then it makes sense for the boat to take the path it does.

the cabin should be on the front, you need the space in the back for a little crane and storage. put some tires on around as bumpers.
