Prop-Tip: Add Sophisticated Storage to the pack. It's a companion mod to Sophisticated Backpacks that adds chests, barrels, drawers and shulker boxes with all the same upgrades available as are available for the backpacks. Great storage mod.
@@bobbywamsley4828 this applies to any non-create, non-vanilla storage for the most part. I have myself tested all manner of different storage methods for contraptions, and it seems in all cases that it will not visually register anything past a large chest's worth of slots, but will maintain the actual amount of storage dictated by any upgrades. This means that the only upgrades a moving contraption respects *in function* is capacity. It will not filter, void, or otherwise operate like anything other than storage. This applies to sophisticated storage, storage drawers (and other similar mods), etc. Interestingly, Create's own tool boxes make for very poor moving contraption storage, as it will oftentimes override whatever you put in certain slots, and then behave oddly when pulling items from them.
This machine reminds me of the “this is create” trailers the Create devs made. I like doing that kind of stuff that’s probably more complicated than it needs to be but looks really cool
I think in his Last episode Foxy said that he doesnt know how to automate liquid Experience so this is really good for him the last thing is how to automate Lapis
Id vote for some kind of Tanker Truck to Handel fluid transfers from buildings to the main tanks rather than underground pipes, might be more interesting and you potentially see the full exp trucks moving it all around, and allow you to move exp anywhere else you might need it.
It might be the weed or the deep deep seated mental issues that I need to get medicated, but the mods and vibe of these videos make me feel like I'm watching Minecraft as a kid for the first time again. The entire mod pack you're using is just this perfect combination of things that brings a whimsy that feels like how a child's mind interprets this game And it's amazing I just am having the greatest time and viving binging this entire series
the reason the experience that you were collecting in the backpack wasn't being dispensed as orbs by the pump was because sophisticated backpacks uses its own liquid experience which functions differently from creates. if you want to extract it, you'll have to convert it to creates liquid experience. i don't know how these mods work together, but possibly filling bottles o' enchanting and then emptying them over a drain would work?
Sophisticated Backpacks' xp fluid is Experience, while Create: Enchantment Industry's xp fluid is Liquid Experience. You can't substitute Experience for Liquid Experience. Fortunately, Create: Enchantment Industry offers the Experience Rotor which converts the xp fluid of any other mod to its equivalent in Liquid Experience when it's mixed with the xp fluid. The good news is that the Experience Rotor is not consumed in the mixing recipe. I actually designed my own fully automatic Create fish farm with this in mind.
For the sophisticated backpack you can add two tank upgrades and if you add stack upgrades you'll increase the size of the tank, then you can use that as a compact bulk xp storage
I kept thinking couldn't you replace the mechanical piston for the drills with a rope pulley to save yourself some space upstairs. And then I saw the cleaned design with the full industrial iron cover around the piston poles, and realized it's definitely worth the extra bit of space it takes.
heyyy congrats on 200k, you deserve it! I know I have asked before but do you think of bringing back that amazing hardcore world you had? It would be incredible to see it grow again 😁😁
hey beardie, using commands for the curios api (you have to be in creative) you can have both a backpack and an Elytra! the create mod jetpack compliments the elytra very nicely, working like fireworks while holding space, that means you can move at elytra fullspeed any time, you can also use the backpack normally if you dont press space while in the air to activate the elytra what i did is i got into creative, i put in this command: add and thats how i moved around the world! ive been following you since basically episode 3, love your content btw
i didnt understand anything of this episode, WHERE DA HELL IS HE GETTING THE DIRT FROM TO MAKE MORE DIRT, i think i had a stroke trying to undesrtand how this farm works.
Coarse dirt requires 2 dirt and 2 gravel, gravel can be automated by milling or crushing cobblestone, so once you plow coarse dirt it becomes normal dirt, since it requires 4 blocks it gives you that(4) technically duplicating the dirt
What a nice looking dirt/mud factory, I love it. If you want to preserve such crashes with the block placer and the drill I would propose to have a redstone contact with a toggle switch. When one machine is running, the toggle switch will turn off a clutch of the second machine.
This isn't really useful, but something I'm doing in my own create world is making a conveyer belt resturant, where the food is circling on the belts and you just pick it up from off that. Just a neat idea.
You could build a new area of the map where you produce all of the create components, then deliver them to all stations on your map to fill up some 'grab n go' create backpacks available to you in any hub
You could have kept the weighted ejector by replacing the item drains you threw stuff on with a belt. The item drain couldn’t tell what direction the item was coming from and threw it to the side, but with a belt it would always go the right way.
Re: Dirt - You could use redstone contacts to trigger when each part of the machine is due to start, rather than the sequenced gearshift and delays and redstone and etc.
Two things! First, as others have noted, the Backpack EXP is not the same as CEI exp. If you want to convert between the two, you’ll need to mix it with an EXP rotor in a basin. (You will need more than 1 exp rotor, unfortunately since it gets consumed.) Secondly, sequenced Gearshifts aren’t great…. But if you want to use them, I would advise having the return sequence go for at least double that of the forwards sequence, since even with chunkloading it can get a bit ditzy.
To store "infinite" XP just make a backpack with a single tank with several stack-multipliers in it. You can store so much the count breaks (the number is higher than what minecraft can process).. or just use fewer stack multipliers for a smaller number.
Hello Mr. Beardstone! First of all, Congrats on 200k! and for the last couple of episodes, I was wondering that, is it possible to make some villagers navigate the train😅? actually I dont know much about create mod 🥲, and this thought came into my mind because like, It also really looks usual to increase employment you know and rather than animals and flies( which is very unsual), It would make my day if there is somehow a way to fulfil my wish(and if there is not a way then, you can also make monkeys as the train driver, just like foxy you know😅😅). Hope you have a great day!
I have no idea if this works but, couldn't you put mending on the fishing rods so it absorbs the XP and doesn't break. So you solve two problems in one.
Even though Hermitcraft Season 10 started recently, and i watch many of them and love their shenanigans, I think your series is still my favorite Minecraft content on YT. It would be very cool if in the next Hermitcraft season they added in the Create Mod with all the bells and whistles and invited you into the fold. I mean if that's something you'd want. I think you'd fit in good with them, there's several technical minecrafters in the group, and many builders, and you are good at both sides of that coin. if there was a place to recommend people for their group i'd put your name in at the top of the list. I also think it'd be neat to invite a few of them into this world and give them a tour, i think they'd end up inviting you all on their own just seeing what you can do. You've done some really incredible work in this series.
Hey Beardy, im wondering how you made the coarse dirt for the farm, i know how you crushed cobble to get gravel, but where does the dirt come from for you to craft with the gravel to make the coarse dirt?
I have spent the last week consuming your WHOLE series at an alarming rate, and the best way I can describe it is watching a drunk ADHD kid (In the best way possible). Honestly, love the series, and now I have a create world of my own. Off to go watch the Astral series
I think this farm missed just one more thing that is made from dirt: "GRASS", you just need to use a spout with water on a dirt and it's done. But great farm tho, in my world I was thinking of using deployer with hoe instead of a Mechanical Plough, but this seems better!!!

What about Shalz?
I swear half the time I click on a mumbo video, I hear Mr. Bearstone
He sounds like him also lol
3:33 sophisticated backpack has its own liquid, which don't make exp orb when pipe out
So the dirt factory, uses dirt, to make coarse dirt, then turns it into dirt, to use in the recipe for coarse dirt. Makes sense.

Since you like tea, shouldn't there be a Builder's Tea Factory already? Wait... you like tea, right?
He’s Brittish of corse he does
I encourage this idea fully.
Maybe he can make a small cafe that makes tea or some form of drink where the diagram is???
@@The_Rally_Forge That sounds pretty good, maybe half of the factory could be underground then, talking about the leaves part.

If you make the backpacks white they could kinda look like a filter for the tanks.
