IDk why people complaining hands too small. That's a correct human hand proportion, people seems too getting used with cartoony Marvel Legends proportion.
Taken as a whole, I think he lives up to the hype. That being said, the figure shown in the photos on the box looks a lot better since it didn't have all the shading. That's my one issue, I would have liked to see him nice and bright instead of being covered in the black wash. Not the end of the world or a deal breaker or anything....just giving my two cents.
me too. i love the colors in promo pic. the shading is abit much but i know its taking inspiration for 90s spidey so it is accurate. just not for me this time

just got the very last one from bbts the other day . Wow this is a great figure , at first i was kinda not digging it then i put him next to some of my legends and that changed . so much fun to pose him .
I was thinking about making a review of the figure because I love it so much but the one thing I'm struggling with is showing the articulation while looking through the view finder at the same time. Love the pictures that came out as a result of it though lol. Reviews are hard man I respect it keep up the great work.
I said it before, since I'm out of space and haven't had time to do much putting stuff away/rearranging, so I'm overwhelmed with my future pre-orders and I actually don't really get so hype for half the figures I know are coming out and this breaks that cycle- I'm hype for this. Looking forward to getting it in like 9 days. This is great.
I still wait for Medicom to make a true Todd Mcfarlane style figure. Most of their other comic figures have a better artistic interpretation to the source material, so the same should apply to a 2.0 version of this type of figure.

Man, damn the bright primary colors is what really made it seem toybiz for me, it kind of reminded me of the 90s cartoon spidey. I hope wolverine doesn't have so much paint, because he looks straight out of the toon.
Mine had some bad Qc issues a left toe section on the right foot lots of paint missing from the back of the figure and a deformed right magnetic foot. Sent it back I hope the replacement is better
The way most “import” figures are built the reason there’s “peg covers” is cause the joint within itself is a 3 piece mechanism sometimes 5 if you’ve built a gundam model it’s very similar to the way their leg and arm inner frames are connected. Which creates a seem less transition without breaking the outside mold or sculpt. The reasons why the prices are high too is due to the piece count that is along with the painted product. You gotta take in consideration the extra added 15 dollars is usually because of stand accessories.
3 things i would have changed, is make hands and and feet just a little bigger, add few extra items like a newspaper or a pizza or etc. And add an extra spidey head with the mcfarlane eyes

I agree with you. This figure is very reminiscent of Toybiz's mcfarlane Spider-Man, and also gives the impression that it could be a representative 6 inch Spider-Man figure. It's hard to tell which one is better between Toybiz mcfarlane Spider-Man and this one but perhaps both will be my best together.
I had it ordered and I was trying to find continuity with my collection...by itself it is cool but with what I had it didn’t fit so I cancelled-lil regret but everyone’s pics look cool I can enjoy that Will stick with revoltech-more personality in sculpts/eye options that I could use

The black wash gives him a 90's vibe,which they were going for,and it makes the figure look valuable.I'm glad they released it this way.

I would have put one line of the red "belt" on the top of the pelvis piece and one line on the lower torso. Sort of split the difference so to speak

Mafex tends to re-release popular figures. They did it with the Spider-Man Homecoming, their Batmen, etc. Just wait it out.
