@@Natalie32star Yes, some of these homes have been purchased and are now offered as rentals. If you have any specific questions about rental buildings please message me.
I think the issue with Parker is that most of the lower units are very dark.. When you look outside the window you see a brick wall from neighboring buildings. The buildings are very close to your window. And just opposite the building is a dark ally way where the strip club "Centerfold" is located. Even though the area has a lot of restaurants and stuff.. You do have some bad crowds just outside like homeless people linger around because of the homeless shelter close by. I was going to get a place there but after walking around the area its not a beautiful neighborhood. I think with that sort of money the Seaport will be better.
I agree, I mentioned those two things in the “cons” section of the video! The upper 7 floors are not impacted by the surrounding buildings. On a price per square foot basis The Parker will be cheaper than options in the Seaport. I appreciate your comment!
@@luxurybostonI would love to see more “affordable” properties like this one with prices up to 1.3mil or close to this maximum price. Those Studio & 1 bedroom apartments were good for the value I thought.
@@revamp8835 You should watch my Allston-Brighton Newest Developments video. There are numerous buildings mentioned which are even less expensive than the Parker.
Are any of these rentals or can you offer rental buildings that look similar to these?

@@luxuryboston thank you will do when I relocate to boston!

How does Centerfold still exist? Honest question. All of the rest of the red light district is long gone. Someone with a govt connection?
2nd even though I can’t afford these properties yet, it’s fun to watch I wish more people had channels like these in other U.S cities
Thanks for watching! You’ll get there!

Beautiful!!
Does it have parking?
No unfortunately. However, there is free parking available nearby at the Common.
I like to endlessly watch these and pretend i can afford them
You’ll get there soon!
It's the piss smell on the front steps that's the real draw.
Not sure which building you’re referencing but it certainly isn’t this one.
@@luxuryboston Exactly. Some people are just crude and vulgar. It's unfortunate.
It’s ugly where is the living room
The units are indeed quite small.. - the two bedroom units have more of a living room.
