  • A participant asks questions about what happens to the body-mind after Liberation and Tom gives an explanation, including pointing out that even if you have sorted out most of your psychological problems, plenty can still go wrong for the body-mind.

Wow. Such a great video. So helpful .
"See for yourself". I know that's a quote from the Buddha and I believe it's a chant (but I can't find it).
I've listened to this 3 times now, and I know I'll return to it. It's a simple but powerful pointer. And my ego LOVES cake! 😆

    Hello from Colombia Tom! 🇨🇴
What's the difference between observing thoughts as they arise and self-inquiry (witnessing the witness)?
Why it is said that Self-inquiry is the direct path instead of observing thoughts? Why is it much more efficient in order to awaken?
    Thanks!

What's the point of realizing you are not the body-mind if you still suffer the body- mind?

With realisation is the total cessation of suffering. Realisation is not mere knowing (in the mind) that 'I am not the body-mind'

      @@TomDasNonduality thank you for answering.
I understood listening the video you said while we have a body mind,we will suffer from it.That is,even if you reach realization, you will still suffer as long as you are alive due to body- mind.
      Did i misunderstand?
