I am often unable to attend the TLM, but have found refuge in a nearby Ukrainian Catholic Church. There is also a Ruthenian Church nearby, which I also attend sometimes.

Could His Excellency please provide more information on this issue?
What is acceptable and not acceptable in a Novus Ordo mass?
NO near me has Eucharistic ministers distributing Holy Communion in the hand (like lollies) and offertory is taken to the Altar by any lay people in the Church, women giving the reading. Is it acceptable to spend time at home in prayer, Bible reading and praying the Rosary to fulfill Sunday obligation instead of going to a NO mass?

I also have the same predicament. Cannot find any TLM around my place.

Sometimes we have to go to the N.O. Mass, which is more reverent than others. But, the practice of holy Communion in the hand pains and grieves me mainly because of the tiny fragments of the sacred hosts falling to the floor. There is an option to receive kneeling and on the tongue thanks be to God! but I always fear I could be stepping on fragments of Our Lord when im walking back to my pew. 😢

Dr. Peter Kwasniewski says "no" and has made an excellent video which justifies the position.

Sounds like Sedevacantism to me. You should at least bring some key points to the table, as "go watch this video" isn't a very helpful comment on its own.
