But again, you can scoop and check the soil once it's expected time of hatching, just from 5 days after the expected day of hatching

But most times, the hatching time depends on how well the incubation process is prepared. Nonetheless, the days stated above are what you can work with.

Do we use soil to incubate snail in soilless pen?
It's not compulsory, but you can also use soil for incubation.
Over here, we use both sawdust and soil.
