Back in 1987 I was in7th grade and people were saying that I jump like Spudd Webb. I had no clue who the guy was.
All I can remember I was 4 and half feet tall and can touch 9 feet. Unfortunately I lost my hops 3 years later.and was never able to dunk.
What these guys are doing are incredible and extremely difficult.

Hello Guys, I am only 5,7 but want to jump high as you do. How did you train to unleash that power in your jumps? It's crazy that your height is like mine but you jump twice or three times higher than me! I played 12 years football (soccer) and then I only hit the gym and did some kickboxing/karate. But I never learnt to jump high. Greetings from Germany
