i recomend to use TranslucentTB. It allows to remove transparancy in startmenu, search, and taskbar!, i think it will work on windows 10 or windows 11 only. Any questions?
Lmao i have a laptop from 2012 with 2009 specs and only with task manager open and a couple more things like OldNewExplorer, rounded corners, powertools i got 29% when i first opened task manager but then it went to 2% usage, i have the first gen of i5, it really doesn't affect cpu usage at all, i also put my peformance and appearance settings to better appearance
If you have windows 11 you will have to download some software because they removed the feature from it but if you have windows 10 it would be in taskbar settings
