- @LeagueNightSoftball contributes to a fun experiment where we, along with @BatFlipBP & @BigBenBP put a brand new Proton Series Two (One-Piece) through its paces. We are the third stop on this unique journey as we review the newest model from Proton to see how it performs and how durable it is. It will then get shipped back to Arizona where it will undergo a final compression test to see how it held up.
Congrats again to @TheDOMN8Facility and the TruDomn8 team for partnering with Proton. Excited to see what they come out with next!

Thanks! It was a ton of fun being a part of something like this. Proton was ahead of the game on this review. Would be cool to see other bat companies do something similar. I know Pure does a really good job getting their product out to TH-cam channels for review also.

It felt really good. I went back and looked at our spreadsheet. The Proton is currently tied for the highest average exit velo of the bats we have tested so far. It jumps off that barrel!

We finally got a pocket radar so we figured we should at least keep track of our velo data. We are both kinda spreadsheet / data nerds to some degree so a spreadsheet was inevitable.
This thing was a ton of fun to swing. I normally don't @BatFlipBP but I ripped a fat blister on my palm! Worked out as a shout out haha

i don't have a youtube channel but i do hit 3 times a week with a bunch of guys (8-12) and would love to be a part of this bat chain pass along and give our honest review....I have hit this bat and love the crack sound and the feel off the barrel

I've been very curious on this one. I'm in Minnesota, how's the weather out there? I'm told those one piece, should perform great in warm, sticky weather.
We tested this one in 60-70 degree weather. It was absolutely great. Definitely top teir for us. We were lucky enough to swing some new prototype ASA Protons as well so keep an eye out for that video coming soon!
This was an awesome video guys! I'm actually thinking about getting this bat now. I haven't swung a one piece in years. I just recently picked up the Easton Obscura newest model. Idk if you tried it but they are using a newer compression technology and the hits sound different coming off the bat. I'm curious if you tried it yet and what you think about it?
We have NOT tried that one yet. We'll see if we can get a hold of one and we'll let you all know!

Is there anyway to get these bats under $315…? Would love to support them, but when i can go to headbanger or SIS and get a new bat for $250 or less it’s hard to justify.
There is a repaint version of the black/blue series two available on proton's website right now. With Nino's code DOMN8 you can get $70 off. Other than that, you may have to wait until the black/blue model is back in stock or look on the secondary market. Hope this helps!
