@@Angel_420 After the Horn fight, Freddie was concerned for Manny since he was getting old and boxing wasn't his full time gig anymore. By then, he was already working full time as a Senator, was starting up philanthropic organizations, and spent alot of time supporting his countrymen in the Phillipines. Freddie asked Manny to confront the possibility that he might not be able to box anymore amid his other obligations but Pacquiao dismissed him, insisting he could do it all. Their rift eventually subsided when Pacquiao admitted Freddie might have a point, leading to a compromise and a reunion in 2019.

Freddie roach is just being humble here.. he is instrumental in transforming pacquiao to become the greatest fighter of his era.. without roach, Manny is just another world champ boxer. I'm sure Manny , as humble as he is will agree to that, although we will never know for sure what happens if they really never met..

Pacquiao had no luck those days when he approached several trainers and really didn't pay attention to him.
They are ready to set home if this gym or the trainer (Freddy Roach) will not take notice of him.
Then they met. We see how these two made the fame together. We also see how those promotions or the promoters almost killed each other just to get hold of Pacquiao. PEACE TO ALL

I have seen canelo personally at the gym and he does weight at least 170 lbs. I am a personal trainer who has gone from 140 lbs to 250 lbs during my years in strength training and believe me when I tell you I know what a 170 lbs person of his height looks like.. he seemed to be more on the stockier side. He could knock out pac man only if he got lucky like Marquez, other than that Manny is just too good even for him.
Marquez wasn't lucky, he timed pac from what I recall. Also canelo would absolutely beat pac, he's far too big, and an adept counterstriker with power.
There will never be another Manny Pacquiao at Wild Card Boxing Gym. But they have me "The Running Machine" #DavidForrestGumpSanchez!!! 💯 My coach is Power Kayode.

He looks like that most of the time. The important thing is whay he said. Sometimes Freddie is with the guard down and starts to ackwnowledge this are the last times he will be with Manny as a fighter. Same for sure happened with FM team like them or dislike them...they are a team (haha the last one for sure).

@Glenn Medina I don't see why Manny won't give incentives to his friends and employees out of his winnings. Clearly they haven't seen how much Manny loves his companions. He gave away turkeys to everyone in a neighborhood for thanksgiving, he bought a house for his sparring partner which was never asked. He gave more than enough money just for a sparring match, with a stranger in their gym, he built hospitals, bought fire trucks, and facilities out of pocket for his small town in Saranggani. It's his money, we don't have a say on what he does on it. And clearly he won't go broke because his entire family have their own business to run and he's a senator also a senator.
