I watch a certain TH-camr play these songs, (channel name is hisokeee) and he uses macros. You map certain double notes or triples to the bumpers and triggers, so if they come up in gameplay, you don't strangle your hands as much. Without macros, yeah these songs are waaaaay harder.

Denparadigm is one of the most epic charts in the game for me, I rarely ever play it now (I'm climbing up on perfects for their star difficulty- so far I have 145 EX perfects and I'm on the 8 stars now), but it's certainly super fun to play. I only have three 10 star perfects, though
sightseer13 In every single game, Negaposi will always be a pain. I thought that the F games were hard when it came to this song, but then my eyes were opened when I saw the chart for PDFT.
My only problem with this game is that I can read almost every note in this game. But when I play it my fingers are fast at spamming, but not with such technical parts with double and triple notes my fingers become a clusterfuck. But seriously, I'm only 13 so I consider myself pretty decent considering I feel I'm about as good as "Kevin". (Was that his name I forgot.)
I'm near 13 (I'm 14) And i am the master at spamming, doing Extreme songs and Ex extreme songs, and i only owned Hatsune Miku project Marai for 8 months, and Project diva X for 4 months, and somehow that helped me get good with future tone lol
Well, I'm 15 (a year older) and I toki-doki do spams. I've no PS4, so I've played every DIVA game except Future Tone. And you know, you should play Holy Lance Explosion Boy in X. Or Glory 3usi9 in F 2nd. It worth it.
Hi! As time changes so do tastes and opinions, and I'd like to share my newest top 10 hardest songs. I'll keep it short this time XD 10. *The Intense Voice Of Hatsune Miku (EX)* Definitely one of my favorite charts to play, I have tons of fun playing this near the ending. 9. *Denparadigm (EX)* Very fast-paced and very fun to play. I've been extremely close to a perfect -- I'll definitely get it one day. 8. *Two-Faced Lovers (EXEX)* The very end of this chart is much too difficult for me, I rarely play it but whenever I do, I get mistakes near the end. 7. *2D Dream Fever (EX)* For some crazy reason, the fast parts of this chart always screw me up, even today. Pretty fun, though, one of my favorites. I feel like it was undercharted, so I'm hoping for an ExExtreme one day. 6. *Gothic and Loneliness (EXEX)* I have no idea how to perfect this with no macros, I had to use opposite macros for the perfect. XD Very fun to play, though, once you can pass it constantly. 5. *World's End Dancehall (EXEX)* The chart looks lovely, only a bit harder than the Extreme but it looks crazy fun. I can't wait to play it. 4. *NegaPosi Continues (EX)* For me, the most difficult Extreme chart. It's too fast and at that part where there's a rotating spam ending on a slide note, I can't do that. 3. *The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku (EXEX)* NOPE NOPE NOPE. I hate this chart. I rather play The Star Maker. XD 2. *Denparadigm (EXEX)* I was very surprised when I found out this song would get an EXEX, and the chart is beautiful. It looks amazing to play, I can't wait. 1. *The Intense Voice Of Hatsune Miku (EXEX)* Only chart on this list I haven't cleared (aside from the ones who are not yet in PS4). Near the end it's just... too hard. No further comments. XD
Well the end is a mess of multiple notes, but the tempo is fairly slow and I do pretty good at that part and can get "Excellent" on that song most of the time so it was obvious for me not to include it! :-)
6:22 Yeah I feel ya! Muscle memory madness! I like the more relaxed songs like Y to Y and Sekiranun Graffiti up to the more fast paced Senbonzakura & Two-faced lovers. Sadistic Music Factory really earned it's title!
Well, you're not supposed to keep up with a DS4 controller, this game has the very same ccharts as the Arcade. If you have the special controller for F or X, and reassign the buttons, replace the left arrow with triangle, right arrow with square, square with X and keep the O, and play on those four buttons, the double notes make a lot more sense.
I know it's the same as Arcade. Well double notes also "make sense" for me on the normal controller after being used to them, only in these hardcore songs it is too fast. Of course it is easier to play on the real Arcade or with a similar controller.
Wizard Angst while I haven't perfected invisible or matryoshka yet, I will have to say that the note charts in mirai are MUCH easier than some of the songs in the project diva series. Of course, that's just my opinion
So I started playing Mega Mix now (it's my first Project Diva Game, I only played Project Mirai so far). And I can't even clear a single "extreme" so far! xD I'm even struggling with some songs on hard. But I'm learning. The doubles notes (or more) are pretty hard. I'm playing in tap mode often, cause it's easier for me to tap fast than to press buttons fast.
@@azunomes So you expect beginners to be able to clear extreme? Just because it's not hard for you, doesn't mean it's the same for everyone else! You don't have to pity me, I'm having fun with the game, even if I'm not as good as some other people. You know, there's a reason why there's different difficulty levels.
Aaaa I'm so happy to come back and rewatch this vid owning FT myself. I've had it for about three days now and just perfected Disappearance of Hatsune Miku on hard. I think it might be the first Extreme perfect I ever go for, too, since it's a really fun song to play.
Hello, Kevin! I hope you're having a good day! Every once in a while, I come back to this video. I watch it and I re think: "What have been the most difficult charts from my perspective?" So that's why I'm here today! I'd like to share my own opinion about the most difficult charts Project DIVA Future Tone has to offer, as of March 2018. Note: This will refer to how hard it is to *perfect* the mentioned charts, not get a good score! 10. *Mousou Sketch EXEX (9.5★):* What a great way to start this list; with a chart that hasn't even been released for PS4 yet! I'm not sure if you've seen it so I'll keep it as spoiler-free as possible; All I'm saying is that they added extra stress to the fast parts in the solos, so watch out for that! It looks crazy fun, though! 9. *Po Pi Po (9.5★) and Po Pi Po EXEX (10★):* I'm putting these two in the same spot because both have a similar difficulty, though in a different way. The Extreme version has a really hard ending; the last chorus has a bunch of confusing and hard double and triple notes, and then the stress of that afterwards can definitely screw someone up. On the other hand, the EXEX version is hard throughout the whole songs and puts extra stress in the end, where it looks pretty confusing. That charts is more confusing than physically difficult, though, so some muscle memory can definitely help a lot! 8. *World's End Dancehall -- Live Dance Edition (10★):* Now this is a fun one! It squeezes this song's potential to the maximun to make a really hard chart! If macros didn't exist in PS4 this would be really hard because of the 4-note steps; but use some macros you're comfortable with and you'll be okay! Learning to read multi notes is key for this chart! 7. *The Intense Voice Of Hatsune Miku (10★):* This is my favorite version of this song's chart. It's very fun to play and it gets harder and harder as the song progresses. If you practice enough, though, it stops being so hard -- use X+O and Triangle+Square macros and you'll be golden! Practice that final ending and this won't be a big issue! 6. *Denparadigm (10★):* Being at 220 BPM, this is a very fast-paced song. It also has a bunch of spams so it doesn't get any easier. It's hard throughout the whole song, so warm those fingers up! You can also alternate between thumbs but it'll still be pretty confusing! 5. *Gothic And Loneliness EXEX (10★):* If macros did not exist, I'd say this would be certainly the most difficult chart in the game to even *pass*. However that is not the case. This is still a very difficult chart but with the right macro settings it can definitely be easier. It also has a bunch of confusing patterns and long spams, so be ready! 4. *Master Of Puppets EXEX (9.5★):* Whoa, this chart is hard. It's very fast and it has a beat that can be very hard to get used to. It has one part which is just insane, where they throw a bunch of notes at you with double notes at the middles to give it stress. I recommend an X+Triangle macro for that, but it'll still be pretty hard. 3. *NegaPosi Continues (10★):* For me, this is certainly the most difficult Extreme chart. It is very fast and, unless you alternate between two thumbs or are very warmed up, this *will* be a problem. Aside from that, it has two parts which are insanely hard; the first one being the second of three repetitive parts where all is messed up on the screen, and the second being the crazy 360 spam that ends with a slide note. Just a heads up, that part is definitely easier with tilt controls. 2. *The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku EXEX (10★):* This is easy until the second half of the song. At the very end it consists of notes so bizarre and randomly placed that it makes no sense and thus is difficult. I don't want to get too deep into it, but it's one of the worst charts in the game for me since it was made hard for no reason, when it could have been such a fantastic chart. 1. *Betty The Liar EXEX (9.5★):* Undoubtedly the most difficult chart in the game to perfect. It has two long very fast spams which are at the same speed of the 240bpm part in 2D Dream Fever; and it also has an *even faster* spam, the fastest in the game, at the *very end!* That spam is so fast it would be like a 320bpm spam, and it ends with a *double note*, to top it off. Extremely difficult to perfect even though it isn't even 10 stars! It's been clear to me for a long time that this is the most difficult to perfect, even big players such as Stoich or Furukon have saved it for last! I had a lot of fun making this list and hope you liked it! I'd love to know you guys's opinions too, so please share! As always, thank you for the video Kevin! Have a great day everyone!
I've been playing Future Tone since it was released and I can't perfect 9 star songs. I have perfect half of the 8.5 songs but I am only close to making a perfect on two 9 stars songs. I don't know how on earth I am going to be able to perfect anything 9.5 or above my god. Nice video by the way! Always enjoy seeing a video of yours in my subscription box!
Thanks! And I am at a similar point, I just finished perfecting everything up to the last 8 star songs. Musunde Hiraite Rasetsu to Mukuro was my last one. 8.5 already has some songs that seem unlikely to be perfected in the next time... Actually I am not sure, I might not have perfected a 9 star song myself!
Hi Kevin! A random question, but... How many perfects do you have on Extreme and on Extra Extreme separately? I got curious since you said you perfected everything below 8 stars... I'm currently climbing up and have all 7.5 stars and below perfected, and now I'm playing the 8 stars. I do have some higher perfects though, so in total sums up to 145 EX perfects and like 20 ExEx perfects. What about you? :-)
Any chance this top 10 can be updated some day? Pretty sure some of the newer EXEXs that have been added to the game could be in this list considering how hard they are.
How should I say this- I probably would have to figure out an optimal multi-button mapping to get through most of these but even then, that's probably 10% of the road to perfect let alone survive through these.
I have to place the Intense Song of Hatsune Miku at 2nd place rather than 1st place. I can barely pass it now. But for EX EXTREME for the Disappearance of Hatsune Miku......BULLSH*T! I am totally freaking out in the middle already, like what the others say, YOLO. Also, 2nd dimension dream fever is not as hard as the PSVita version unless you are playing with no macros in PS4 version. (In fact this song is the easiest level-10 song in the arcade) The 240-bpm part is the only part you can literally get rekt and be shut down, after this area, you are safe unless you shock your PS controller. NB: I am playing the arcade version. Hey, maybe you should wait for Popipo EX EXTREME, it is fun but hard; yet, it is my best level-10 song so far (barely got 85%)
2D Dream Fever is definitely not the easiest 10 Star. That falls to the newest 10 Star, which isn't even on PS4... But it's too easy to be a 10 Star. Anyhow, I agree that Intense Voice isn't the hardest in the game. At least for me, it would be around the 4th or 5th hardest in the game. The most difficult chart in the series is, without a doubt, The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku on Extra Extreme. That chart is ridiculously rough on a DualShock 4 and no macros... Though it looks decently easy on Arcade. By now, I'd honestly put NegaPosi*Continues as the second hardest, since it's just awkward in many parts and the fast tempo screws me over. I find it weird, since I have a Perfect on Intense Voice EX yet I can't get an Excellent on NegaPosi yet...
Great video! I have the game, but I'm not very good. I would like to ask if you have any tips on the overlapping notes they always seem to get me when they're at the beginning of a chain. But anyways, loving you content! :D
Masoon Ross you should count the notes to know when a chain ends and always start with your right hand. And watch for ur speed. try that in practice mode :)
To be honest, I perfected Sadistic Music Factory and Denpararigm, but I still find Two sided lovers exex and Negaposi Continues harder than those 2 songs
I have one question, I have enough money for future tone for Japan, should I buy the Japan version or wait until the US release? I don't know if I will have trouble navigating the menu on the japan version.
The Western version is just around the corner. But I personally am a guy that does not understand why some people waited so long for it. It really isn't ahrd to navigate the menu, it took me just a few minutes. I made a guide video about it.
Well i've made my decision to buy the japan version right now even though it's expensive for me, i see what you mean, the menu isn't that hard to navigate after a while.
Use macro, it can calibrate pre-hit hard notes up to four. to use go to your games settings and to macro. To use just calibrate to L1 R1 R2 L2 and your set. I hope this helps.
No, like I said several times before, this is like a cheat in my opinion. I prefer not beating the songs (if I really can't do it) to using that. Also my triggers are already blocked by the 4 normal notes for a second time, I use them for hold notes. Still thanks for trying to help.
Nicholas Blackman Yep. It's only released in Japan but will be coming to the US in January. Since it barely needs any understanding of Japanese, people bought it beforehand on the Japanese store
Arifureta Sekai Seifuku, Envy Catwalk, and This is the Happiness and Peace of Mind Committee are my to-go songs in Extreme. Like, I enjoy the difficult pattern but at the same time, I hate it. 😂 Arifureta, especially, is my fave. Always played Super Hard on Mirai, Master level in MaiMai, and Extreme in PDFT. 💓

Honestly in my opinion Two-Sided Lovers (on extreme, not ExEx) is the easiest song out of all the 10 stars cause it's not a bunch of double notes, just button spams
Yeah, I think it should be 9.5 stars. However, at least for me, the easiest 10 star is by far Jugemu Sequencer EXEX. I got Excellent the very first time I actually played it, and the perfect came in not so many attempts later. I think it would be nice as a 9 star
Future Tone is the only Project Diva game I don't like. I can't process the multiple note presses fast enough no matter how hard I try even on normal... ;m;

This is game is definitely super diabolically hard. At first, I though some songs were impossible but I can do most of them now. My biggest achievement is 2d dream fever at 86% yeah.... Also do you use the triggers at all? I use L1 triangle L2 square R1 cross R2 circle.
I didn't give it any mention in the video since it is not required, but you might be able to see I do go for full hold notes. This is why I set the triggers to all 4 normal notes again and use them for hold notes and some multiple notes (especially for 4 at the same time).
I have a hard time with Hatsune Miku no Gekishou as well. I don't even have a ps4 with project diva arcade future tone, i just have a psp emulator and all 3 of the original project diva games on it. I'm not a skilled project diva player as you yet but i'm trying my hardest.
Hello, Kevin! As time has passed my view on these songs has changed, so these are, at least in my opinion, a few of the hardest songs: 10. Sadistic Music Factory (Extreme). This is one of the two Perfects I have in the 10 Star songs. It looks hard at first but it gets very easy with proper macros. Getting its holds is another challenge but, aside from that, the song isn't too bad. 9. Two-Faced Lovers (Extra Extreme). This song is difficult only because of its end. It has a strange mix of slide notes and double notes, which is both hard to read and physically do. 8. World's End Dancehall (Extreme). Officially, at least for me, this song has the most bizarre chart in the game. It is very difficult just because of its weird note changes. I managed to get only 13 mistakes and an Excellent grade in it, but it's still a big challenge for me. 7. 2D Dream Fever (Extreme). This song isn't too hard. The only hard part is the high tempo when it goes up to 240BPM, but aside from that, the song is easy for me. 6. The Intense Voice Of Hatsune Miku (Extreme). This song is no longer hard for me. I put it in the list because I can appreciate its difficulty, however. I have achieved a Perfect rank in this chart a few days ago, which means it's not that hard since I'm not the greatest of players either. 5. Gothic And Loneliness (Extra Extreme). This is the only song which has triple note spams in the game, making it obligatory to use macros to perfect this. However, it's very easy if you figure out its technique; just gotta think out of the box! 4. Denparadigm (Extreme). This chart is not too difficult for me and I already have Excellent on it. However, it's the sort of chart that will always be difficult no matter how much you practice, because of its high tempo. 3. Po Pi Po (Extra Extreme). I can't get Excellent here either. The chart is bizarre and confusing, but with a lot of practice it's not so difficult. It's super fun to play, though! 2. NegaPosi*Continues (Extreme). I never thought I'd say this, but I'm struggling hard with this song. The second bibibiito continues part is very hard to master for me, and it stays as second spot for me. 1. The Disappearance Of Hatsune Miku (Extra Extreme). No doubt about it, this is the hardest song in the game for me by far. I can't get an Excellent grade on it yet just because of its rapid end; I can't find the technique. This concludes my own current list. I have three perfects from the list you made (Saihate, Intense Voice and Sadistic EX), but there are still many other difficult songs I didn't mention. There's Master of Puppets Extra Extreme which I unlocked yesterday and only played once; Black Gold Extra Extreme with its many fast double note spams; Saihate Extreme with its multi notes; and there's also Requiem For The Phantasma Extra Extreme, which is another perfect I have, but it is for me one of the hardest 9.5 star charts just because of its ending. Well the list by now is pretty old too, also you are definitely much more skilled, and I still really don't wanna use macros. For once just because it sounds ultra annoying to keep changing for every song. Well, getting Future Tone DX and the Hori controller and try to only use 4 buttons, maybe I can somehow get really good with that and don't need macros and still perfect some songs...eventually. Hope the controller will be good enough for that.
I agree, macros are a very strange thing and I'd really like to use an original Arcade controller instead. However, unfortunately, I find it almost impossible to perfect some charts like Saihate or Requiem ExEx without macros, so I use them anyway... One day, when I'm far more skilled, I'll try my best to perfect charts like these without macros, because it might be hard but I can see it is possible! =)
You already have the current PDX Hori controller? I couldn't get my hands on that one back then so I am glad I can get the FT one. I assume it will be pretty much the same as the PDX one though. I hope it will be possible to get used to playing with just 4 buttons and recreate a real arcade feeling. I hope you can spam fast enough on just one button...do you think that is realistic? I think that is what they are going for with the new one, since the button symbols are actually the 4 in a row like in the arcade.
I mean maybe it's still not really possible to press on just one button really hard. They probably still want you to use two buttons to spam. I really would like to just play with the actual Arcade layout, so 4 buttons...well I guess only time will tell when it's released.
39dearMIKU I think they only make it one button for each key since the buttons are big enough to spam with two hands. I only use the DualShock 4, unfortunately

For some crazy reason, the fast parts of this chart always screw me up, even today. Pretty fun, though, one of my favorites. I feel like it was undercharted, so I'm hoping for an ExExtreme one day.

The only song I feel like was missing was the Nyan Cat song, but that one's hard mainly because of the tempo and style changes. Good video!
Well the end is a mess of multiple notes, but the tempo is fairly slow and I do pretty good at that part and can get "Excellent" on that song most of the time so it was obvious for me not to include it! :-)
This is my first Project DIVA and slow songs are pretty hard like Beware of Miku Miku Germs

Well, you're not supposed to keep up with a DS4 controller, this game has the very same ccharts as the Arcade. If you have the special controller for F or X, and reassign the buttons, replace the left arrow with triangle, right arrow with square, square with X and keep the O, and play on those four buttons, the double notes make a lot more sense.
I know it's the same as Arcade.
Well double notes also "make sense" for me on the normal controller after being used to them, only in these hardcore songs it is too fast.
Of course it is easier to play on the real Arcade or with a similar controller.

So I started playing Mega Mix now (it's my first Project Diva Game, I only played Project Mirai so far). And I can't even clear a single "extreme" so far! xD I'm even struggling with some songs on hard. But I'm learning. The doubles notes (or more) are pretty hard. I'm playing in tap mode often, cause it's easier for me to tap fast than to press buttons fast.

Hello, Kevin! I hope you're having a good day! Every once in a while, I come back to this video. I watch it and I re think: "What have been the most difficult charts from my perspective?" So that's why I'm here today! I'd like to share my own opinion about the most difficult charts Project DIVA Future Tone has to offer, as of March 2018.
Note: This will refer to how hard it is to *perfect* the mentioned charts, not get a good score!
10. *Mousou Sketch EXEX (9.5★):* What a great way to start this list; with a chart that hasn't even been released for PS4 yet!
I'm not sure if you've seen it so I'll keep it as spoiler-free as possible; All I'm saying is that they added extra stress to the fast parts in the solos, so watch out for that! It looks crazy fun, though!
9. *Po Pi Po (9.5★) and Po Pi Po EXEX (10★):* I'm putting these two in the same spot because both have a similar difficulty, though in a different way. The Extreme version has a really hard ending; the last chorus has a bunch of confusing and hard double and triple notes, and then the stress of that afterwards can definitely screw someone up. On the other hand, the EXEX version is hard throughout the whole songs and puts extra stress in the end, where it looks pretty confusing. That charts is more confusing than physically difficult, though, so some muscle memory can definitely help a lot!
8. *World's End Dancehall -- Live Dance Edition (10★):* Now this is a fun one! It squeezes this song's potential to the maximun to make a really hard chart! If macros didn't exist in PS4 this would be really hard because of the 4-note steps; but use some macros you're comfortable with and you'll be okay! Learning to read multi notes is key for this chart!
7. *The Intense Voice Of Hatsune Miku (10★):* This is my favorite version of this song's chart. It's very fun to play and it gets harder and harder as the song progresses. If you practice enough, though, it stops being so hard -- use X+O and Triangle+Square macros and you'll be golden! Practice that final ending and this won't be a big issue!
6. *Denparadigm (10★):* Being at 220 BPM, this is a very fast-paced song. It also has a bunch of spams so it doesn't get any easier. It's hard throughout the whole song, so warm those fingers up! You can also alternate between thumbs but it'll still be pretty confusing!
5. *Gothic And Loneliness EXEX (10★):* If macros did not exist, I'd say this would be certainly the most difficult chart in the game to even *pass*. However that is not the case. This is still a very difficult chart but with the right macro settings it can definitely be easier. It also has a bunch of confusing patterns and long spams, so be ready!
4. *Master Of Puppets EXEX (9.5★):* Whoa, this chart is hard. It's very fast and it has a beat that can be very hard to get used to. It has one part which is just insane, where they throw a bunch of notes at you with double notes at the middles to give it stress. I recommend an X+Triangle macro for that, but it'll still be pretty hard.
3. *NegaPosi Continues (10★):* For me, this is certainly the most difficult Extreme chart. It is very fast and, unless you alternate between two thumbs or are very warmed up, this *will* be a problem. Aside from that, it has two parts which are insanely hard; the first one being the second of three repetitive parts where all is messed up on the screen, and the second being the crazy 360 spam that ends with a slide note. Just a heads up, that part is definitely easier with tilt controls.
2. *The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku EXEX (10★):* This is easy until the second half of the song. At the very end it consists of notes so bizarre and randomly placed that it makes no sense and thus is difficult. I don't want to get too deep into it, but it's one of the worst charts in the game for me since it was made hard for no reason, when it could have been such a fantastic chart.
1. *Betty The Liar EXEX (9.5★):* Undoubtedly the most difficult chart in the game to perfect. It has two long very fast spams which are at the same speed of the 240bpm part in 2D Dream Fever; and it also has an *even faster* spam, the fastest in the game, at the *very end!* That spam is so fast it would be like a 320bpm spam, and it ends with a *double note*, to top it off. Extremely difficult to perfect even though it isn't even 10 stars! It's been clear to me for a long time that this is the most difficult to perfect, even big players such as Stoich or Furukon have saved it for last!
I had a lot of fun making this list and hope you liked it! I'd love to know you guys's opinions too, so please share!

I've been playing Future Tone since it was released and I can't perfect 9 star songs. I have perfect half of the 8.5 songs but I am only close to making a perfect on two 9 stars songs. I don't know how on earth I am going to be able to perfect anything 9.5 or above my god.

Hi Kevin! A random question, but... How many perfects do you have on Extreme and on Extra Extreme separately? I got curious since you said you perfected everything below 8 stars...
I'm currently climbing up and have all 7.5 stars and below perfected, and now I'm playing the 8 stars. I do have some higher perfects though, so in total sums up to 145 EX perfects and like 20 ExEx perfects. What about you? :-)

I have to place the Intense Song of Hatsune Miku at 2nd place rather than 1st place. I can barely pass it now.
But for EX EXTREME for the Disappearance of Hatsune Miku......BULLSH*T! I am totally freaking out in the middle already, like what the others say, YOLO.
Also, 2nd dimension dream fever is not as hard as the PSVita version unless you are playing with no macros in PS4 version. (In fact this song is the easiest level-10 song in the arcade) The 240-bpm part is the only part you can literally get rekt and be shut down, after this area, you are safe unless you shock your PS controller.
NB: I am playing the arcade version.

Ehhh the F2nd version of Nijigen Dream Fever I can perfect pretty easily.

2D Dream Fever is definitely not the easiest 10 Star. That falls to the newest 10 Star, which isn't even on PS4... But it's too easy to be a 10 Star.
Anyhow, I agree that Intense Voice isn't the hardest in the game. At least for me, it would be around the 4th or 5th hardest in the game. The most difficult chart in the series is, without a doubt, The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku on Extra Extreme. That chart is ridiculously rough on a DualShock 4 and no macros... Though it looks decently easy on Arcade.
By now, I'd honestly put NegaPosi*Continues as the second hardest, since it's just awkward in many parts and the fast tempo screws me over. I find it weird, since I have a Perfect on Intense Voice EX yet I can't get an Excellent on NegaPosi yet...

There really is no trick...start practicing. Sorry.
Masoon Ross you should count the notes to know when a chain ends and always start with your right hand. And watch for ur speed. try that in practice mode :)

I have one question, I have enough money for future tone for Japan, should I buy the Japan version or wait until the US release? I don't know if I will have trouble navigating the menu on the japan version.
The Western version is just around the corner.
But I personally am a guy that does not understand why some people waited so long for it. It really isn't ahrd to navigate the menu, it took me just a few minutes. I made a guide video about it.
Well i've made my decision to buy the japan version right now even though it's expensive for me, i see what you mean, the menu isn't that hard to navigate after a while.
Use macro, it can calibrate pre-hit hard notes up to four. to use go to your games settings and to macro. To use just calibrate to L1 R1 R2 L2 and your set. I hope this helps.
No, like I said several times before, this is like a cheat in my opinion.
I prefer not beating the songs (if I really can't do it) to using that.
Also my triggers are already blocked by the 4 normal notes for a second time, I use them for hold notes.

Like, I enjoy the difficult pattern but at the same time, I hate it. 😂 Arifureta, especially, is my fave. Always played Super Hard on Mirai, Master level in MaiMai, and Extreme in PDFT. 💓

Yeah, I think it should be 9.5 stars. However, at least for me, the easiest 10 star is by far Jugemu Sequencer EXEX. I got Excellent the very first time I actually played it, and the perfect came in not so many attempts later. I think it would be nice as a 9 star
Future Tone is the only Project Diva game I don't like. I can't process the multiple note presses fast enough no matter how hard I try even on normal... ;m;

This is game is definitely super diabolically hard.
At first, I though some songs were impossible but I can do most of them now.
My biggest achievement is 2d dream fever at 86% yeah....

I use L1 triangle L2 square R1 cross R2 circle.
I didn't give it any mention in the video since it is not required, but you might be able to see I do go for full hold notes.
This is why I set the triggers to all 4 normal notes again and use them for hold notes and some multiple notes (especially for 4 at the same time).

I have a hard time with Hatsune Miku no Gekishou as well. I don't even have a ps4 with project diva arcade future tone, i just have a psp emulator and all 3 of the original project diva games on it. I'm not a skilled project diva player as you yet but i'm trying my hardest.

Hello, Kevin! As time has passed my view on these songs has changed, so these are, at least in my opinion, a few of the hardest songs:
10. Sadistic Music Factory (Extreme). This is one of the two Perfects I have in the 10 Star songs. It looks hard at first but it gets very easy with proper macros. Getting its holds is another challenge but, aside from that, the song isn't too bad.
9. Two-Faced Lovers (Extra Extreme). This song is difficult only because of its end. It has a strange mix of slide notes and double notes, which is both hard to read and physically do.
8. World's End Dancehall (Extreme). Officially, at least for me, this song has the most bizarre chart in the game. It is very difficult just because of its weird note changes. I managed to get only 13 mistakes and an Excellent grade in it, but it's still a big challenge for me.
7. 2D Dream Fever (Extreme). This song isn't too hard. The only hard part is the high tempo when it goes up to 240BPM, but aside from that, the song is easy for me.

There's Master of Puppets Extra Extreme which I unlocked yesterday and only played once; Black Gold Extra Extreme with its many fast double note spams; Saihate Extreme with its multi notes; and there's also Requiem For The Phantasma Extra Extreme, which is another perfect I have, but it is for me one of the hardest 9.5 star charts just because of its ending.

Well, getting Future Tone DX and the Hori controller and try to only use 4 buttons, maybe I can somehow get really good with that and don't need macros and still perfect some songs...eventually. Hope the controller will be good enough for that.
I agree, macros are a very strange thing and I'd really like to use an original Arcade controller instead. However, unfortunately, I find it almost impossible to perfect some charts like Saihate or Requiem ExEx without macros, so I use them anyway... One day, when I'm far more skilled, I'll try my best to perfect charts like these without macros, because it might be hard but I can see it is possible! =)
You already have the current PDX Hori controller? I couldn't get my hands on that one back then so I am glad I can get the FT one. I assume it will be pretty much the same as the PDX one though.
I hope it will be possible to get used to playing with just 4 buttons and recreate a real arcade feeling. I hope you can spam fast enough on just one button...do you think that is realistic? I think that is what they are going for with the new one, since the button symbols are actually the 4 in a row like in the arcade.
I mean maybe it's still not really possible to press on just one button really hard. They probably still want you to use two buttons to spam. I really would like to just play with the actual Arcade layout, so 4 buttons...well I guess only time will tell when it's released.
