I just bought a Citroen C3 MKII with these wheels, and they are a mess. Loads of curb rash and failed clear coat. I've watched a good few of your videos, so I feel confident having a go.
useful video but with one major flaw - you left the dust cap off the Tyre valve for the whole process, which is a pretty dusty process ! not good for the valve unfortunately
Thanks for the video I’ve had one diamond cut already but now I’m going to have a go myself seeing this thanks again 👍👍

Can you let the alloy polished without clear coat ? Will it get corroded if you don't ? Or is this just for looks ?
Has to be clear coated or will corrode
do you need to worry about any clear coat on the wheel?
For bare aluminium you need DTM (direct to metal) clear coat. Otherwise any different one will peel off after a year or two
You can use use none DTM clear coat if you use adhesive promoter before
عمل رائع

Can one do this with a orbital sander?
What is the cost of this?
I'm doing this same thing right now except by hand, like a developmentally challenged individual.
Vaya chapuza
Other guys lacquer them but no need to do it then
this is not the proper way to refurbish diamond cut wheels, you need a diamond cutting lathe to achieve that OEM polished face finish.
You obviously have no idea what inverted commas are used for you Dope
But in a van it’s a decent effort 😊
I always find comments like this weird. They’re not claiming it’s the same. It’s a different method that is significantly cheaper with similar result.
🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🙄🙄🙄
Ur a tool.😂
