I'm so glad you're going to be racing this year. I still can't believe that they didn't invite you back after your second place at Hardrock. You are the Mount Rushmore of trail running! I really enjoyed the fyt's that you've done. Joshua Tree and the Wonderland really stand out. Could you maybe do some more of those? Can you do more training videos for back of the packers like me? Like the hill repeat intervals and any other pro tips. Thanks for the transparency and honesty about challenges you have endured.

Thanks so much for sharing this! I didn't realize that, having enjoyed the pod (and your commentary work in so many amazing races) all of this time, that I learned so much about other athletes, but I never really "knew" the person you are. This felt like a really special and needed step.

What did I miss? I've always been following, I thought. You've been talking about criticism for a bit now, and for the life of me I can't figure out why.
I am sorry for the negative feedback that you receive, because your contributions to the great sport of trail running are considerable. I am glad that Harmony seems like a well-balanced, supportive, and gifted person. Over the last few years, it has seemed to me that you were always on the right track and getting things done so well.
