- Have you ever wanted to mine on the Raspberry Pi 4? I sure have! This crypto currency called Duino-Coin is made to be mined on old, or low powered devices like the Raspberry Pi and Arduino. This guide goes over installing it and setting it up! Let me know how mining on your Raspberry Pi goes!

Everything was good. Until I installed screen. I exit the terminal. Suddenly stopped working. And now says "Error connecting to the server.Retrying in xxseconds [Errno 111] Connection refused"

Hey, I love the video it’s supper user friendly. I had a quick question, I’m testing a few mining methods to see which is best for raspberrypies. I have about 6 or 7 raspberryPi 4, could you give me an estimate on how much I’d make in let’s say a month if I leave them all on for 24/7?

How do you update the pc miner to newest release?
Of course! On the same day, when I have set up my Pis, the PC Miner is temporarily disabled.

Do you know how to change the settings for CPU use after you got it running, I set mine at 90% CPU and want to change it to 80% can you make it run the "first time setup" again somehow?
I personally don’t know how, maybe try asking on the Duino Coin Discord server..

Power bank, 18650 batteries, or a HAT for the raspberry pi.

Is memory important here? So would the 8 GB model be better or would the 2 GB model be just as good?
I honestly don’t think the ram effects that much.. I’ve tested it on my 8gb Pi4 and also my 4Gb Pi4, and I get around the same hashrate.
@@Lukes-Tech I use all my PI`s right now but I´m really intrested to try this and a 2 GB model is really cheaper to buy. That`s the reason why I´m asking.

You can mine those Crypto Currencies but you’ll make even less than mining this xD

You can try it out, it could possible work but I haven’t tested it since I don’t own a Orange Pi..

On which exchange is duino available, how much a day you can earn, is it better to use 8gb RP than 2 or 4gb? Thanks for answers
Duino coin is still very new, and it doesn’t have much worth yet. On an average day I can mine about 7 Duino coins with my Pi4 8gb. Duino used to be 1duino=$0.01 but then sadly it went down. So if Duino can ever go up, it could be a very valuable count to be mining on the Pi4 but I don’t think the ram effects the mining much.

I got excited about this bit now I'm sad. 1 cent a day is a joke. Yes I understand this is a cool project and profits are not everything. I hear you. But when you can't even afford to cover the power costs then what? How will a network survive? So buy a pi for $35+ or $3.65 and mine for a year just by buying the currency. I think I'll buy it thanks.
This coin is a fraud, the devs generate coins without mining. and if you do anything outside of what they want you to do, their system will limit you. this coin is not on a blockchain, rather one single server. and there's no privacy with this.
