I have the exact same truck, 150 thousand miles, besides brakes I replaced a outer tie rod end. Big tires and lifted so that's expected. Most reliable truck I've ever owned. Same long crank issue sometimes when it's hot but I've never addressed it.
Just bought my 2019 20k miles and l freaking love it.
I like your front license plate I sold my diesel went to the same truck 2019. Love it lariat.
Apparently ford switched starters after certain year to one that cranked slower. This was to build oil pressure before startup so there was less of a rattle ( complaint on the early 6.2s)
Just bought a 2020 6.2l with 80k miles and really enjoying it so far.I shortly after found out it was owned by enterprise car rental and they are cheap on services only changing the oil ,so its now in the shop having the transmission and rear end gear serviced. Im definitely not looking forward to the expense of changing the spark plugs when it hits 100k miles with having 16 of them.
Yeah, there’s a lot of of them and two of them are hard to get to. I changed my rear end gear already. I have 160 K on it now it’s been a good truck.
I’m looking at a 19 with 70k. 6.2. For 40k pretty basic xlt . Good video and glad to see you still have yours going strong. Thanks
Mine has 170k right now. I changed the spark plugs at about 110 and not long after that change the rear seal on my rear end with New gear oil, but haven’t had any problems and yes, it is a chore to change the spark plugs

Ford Forever!!
Thanks for the review i also got a 6.2 2019 with 25k miles right now
I’m at 27k awesome hehe
I'm at 20,000😁
I'm hearing about the fuel tank interior coating flaking off and clogging the fuel filter. They say you have to drop the tank and physically look in it. Also heard that there's some kind of metal-on-metal contact in the fuel filter. Little flakes of metal get put into the engine. I replace it every oil change.
Is that gas or diesel?
Good review sir. I bought a 22 6.2 after having diesels for many years. Truck is solid and engine has plenty of power… my only issue is on cold starts it seems like I get valve train noise for a few seconds while it builds oil pressure, I guess it’s the nature of the beast. Thank you for the review!
How does it do on fuel miles
How's the 10 speed?
The valvetrain noise is sometimes mistaken with the intake manifold shutters. Sometimes it’s not as bad as it seems
1 bottle Lucas synthetic stops starting noise.
When you talked about fuel pressure, was the truck cranking for what seemed like way to long before firing up? Mine does that from time to time.
Yep mine and my dad’s both do it factory defect
Our chevys to it too turn the key to run wait 10 seconds then crank her up
I put a deep transmission oil pan on mine and you can get aftermarket dipstick to the transmission. You’ll find out. They don’t have a dipstick for some stupid reason.
I plan on buying a f250 but I'm sort of hesitant, it has only 20k miles. I just want to know if there have been any issues since this video.
I have 160,000 miles no issues just standard maintenance
@@louisianalifestylelukemart8129 Thats really impressive, I think I'm sold, thank you!
Also, which gears do you have?
4.30
what kind of mpg's do you average unloaded? Great looking truck
16-17
Not bad at all. Looking for one that’s just like yours. Wanna sell? Ha ha
Not ready to sell quite yet it’s been too good of a truck
Ha ha. Worth a try. Any issues with truck yet? How many miles you have on it now?
165,000 I broke a fitting on my vacuum line for my four-wheel-drive driving it off road but I found the leak. It was a five dollar fix.
What kind of gas mileage did you get with the 35s?
I average 15mpg the best I’ve gotten on the interstate 18 and towing heavy around 9
@@louisianalifestylelukemart8129 Holy shit! I got the same truck on 35s n best I get is 15 in the highway.. I'm town is 12
@@wallytostado85 I usually tow 16 to 20,000 pounds so that’s probably why the towing mpg is low but I can definitely can get 17 at 70mph a little better at lower speeds I tow a lot so my truck gets significant better fuel mileage when I’m not
@@louisianalifestylelukemart8129
Those are some shocking numbers. I have a 6.2 on 33's and I get 11.5 in town and can get 14 at 70...sometimes.
Modify the air intake and your exhaust and you’ll gain over 3 miles to the gallon
Been thinking about that
@@louisianalifestylelukemart8129 this should be a phone conversation, but I went with dual exhaust with the magna flow cross, and went with the upgraded air intake. Now I have an upper lower ram air going into the intake. What a difference and course I’m gonna put a chip in it, trying toget it all ready to pull a travel trailer , don’t have the maintenance
What did you do to address the death wobble?
Dealership did it, but from my understanding, they changed the stabilizer shock
@@louisianalifestylelukemart8129 you want to go with all Beilstein shocks and use fox on the stabilizer or OEM is the best
