He basically says that people who are inclined towards hedonistic ways are denied into the club of God, and that's not right to him. What he fails to realize is that God challenges everyone uniquely, and those who meet those challenges are rewarded with a heart at peace. If he can rise to that realization, he could then take the next step and see that anyone who asks can be forgiven.
“ no true Christian would never say there is no sin in there life”? If there is sin in your life you aren’t Christian!! The old man is dead with its passions and desires ( romans6, gal 5:25,col2)
And please continue reading 1 John 3:4-9. If they say different things then the scripture is not in harmony! Now… go back to your scripture and see the Greek word “ ou “ is translated “ never” 23 times the word “ sinned” vs 10 is past tense! Which soil did Jesus preach was the good soil? That full of weeds and thorns( sin) or good soul?( Matt 13) And you failed to address the scripture I posted that clearly says you must crucify the sin man… kill it! When does that happen? According to Paul it happens before salvation comes ( 2 corth7:10). This is why every prophet, every apostle and Christ Himself taught repentance! ( acts 2:37-38,acts 26:20) Which is the death of the old man so that the new man with a new heart can come forth!

Bottom line… I spent years thinking I was “ saved” only to find out that wasn’t so! I was dead in sin!!
Let me try this again…. I’m saying what scripture says… what Christ says, and Paul.. Peter, ect! That if you sin you are of your father the devil! Only eight escaped the flood … God killed 24,000 at Baal peor, so many of the more than 5000 left Jesus when He said they must eat His flesh and drink His that He asked His disciples “ are you leaving too”(john6:67)… God told Elijah that He had saved only 7000 out of over 5+ million people in Israel (1kings19:14-18). The bottom line is this( not my words).. Ephesians 5:3But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; 4 Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks. 5 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Now to your question… yes I have sinned since repentance… to my shame! But certainly not everyday and I don’t remember the last time I did!! Surely you can not lie for one day… not steal… not fornicate… murder, ect ! And if for one day why not longer? Can you not do all things thru Christ ( Phil 4:13)? Or is that just so you can run faster.. jump higher and make A’s on test without studying?!?If you are born of the Spirit you are led by the Spirit… does He lead you to sin? There is a disconnect somewhere… but it must be me … surely I’m lying… right?!?
