How do you run the ppl who have flats off?

I'm not trying to run anyone off, but my schedule dictates what we take, when we take it. Sometimes that's not convenient for the tire repair crew.
We usually tell them it has to be dropped off, most say "gotta have it now" to which we make a recommendation to another shop!
