Me too!!! The diffuser was SO hot. I couldn’t remove it in between drying my curly hair to use it w/o the diffuser. I had to use a towel to take it off. I want to return it.
@@aneled5501 I had the same thing. And I am also wondering if this is actually an issue or should it be that way as it is designed for a professional use actually. But I am afraid I will burn down my fragile hair. They have a support email and phone number on their website. I will actually make a call or write an email to ask as this is not ok. If we both do it, they can see that is an issue for more than 1 person. :)
@@katekatrinaro I emailed them and we went around and around. You can’t do any kind of return after you’ve used it and they won’t give you a refund at all. The best they would do is send me a bunch of videos to show me how to make it better. But it doesn’t get any cooler unless you put it on the cool setting and that’s not gonna dry my thick, wavy, coarse hair. So a manager actually called me and suggested that I buy another diffuser from another company. I was a little shocked. I mean how much did you pay for that thing? Mine was around $400!! Thankful for a payment plan! If the only thing that is going to help is getting a diffuser from another company, why did I buy the thing in the first place?
I have the same blow dryer and I find it being too hot. Even on the lowest setting 😩
You’re right it is a hot blow dryer, maybe because of the metal? I have to make sure to keep the proper distance from my hair when using 🤍

@@aneled5501 ogh.. sad to year they didn't do much. I paid 200EUR for it and it is a lot for a blowdryer. I have very fine nordic hair.
