    I love your channel and I live in the Area. Everytime I watch one of your videos I know I made the right decision moving here back in 2017. Took 19 yrs but my dream came true to live in a ski resort town. Representing West Jordanelle Area.

    I mean from where I am living (In maryland) I've been doing job research in park city, and jobs pay very well there. I am seeing many many jobs on indeed, that pay 20+. I personally work for vail resorts, and I make more on average than some of my friends who work in the medical field. Also, I do a lot of research on trulia, and there are many places around park city, that offer nice homes for rent, for between 2000-2800 a month. Here in maryland, you can barely get a 2 bedroom in a nice area for that, but there, I'm seeing 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroo., for 2500 on average. It's so good, we are planning a move by next fall, lol. I appreciate this video, and you though! You've given me a lot of info I haven't found elsewhere, especially about crime rates there.

    Looking into moving to Utah -- I am really interested in going to places like Woodward Park City and Park City Resort mountain for the terrain parks during the week. Park City is prob too pricey at this point in my career - do you think it would be worth looking in Salt Lake City on the east side near highway 80? I know this is a Park City channel but just thought I'd ask

      Everything East of I- 80 is more expensive like cottonwoods, millcreek, holiday, avenues foothill and sugar house . You have to go west of I 80 or North or South . Ogden has pow mow and Snowbasin. Pow Mow is one of my favorite places on earth!! It all really depends on your budget and what your looking for.

    Park City is already full. Insane lines at the lift, have to be already parked at 730am and wait 9am, season pass price skyrocketing, And more developers coming? So less parking and more cars on the road?
    Definitely not far away enough from SLC!
    And all they develop are communities for the super rich, so u think more units will make inventory goes up and price more affordable? nope!
    The existing units will continue to increase in price.
    Good for investors, bad for people who live there.

      Because Park City is a Paradise. Every person I have ran into on the trails this summer says we need to move this place is amazing.

      @@NicoleBowdleParkCityRealEstate if they spent millions on a property without researching alternate ski towns is crazy

    • @NicoleBowdleParkCityRealEstate
      @NicoleBowdleParkCityRealEstate  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@SighsInternally we are actually quite a bit more affordable than most ski towns Aspen and Jackson are double the price. All ski towns are pretty similar you likely will not find what your looking for under a million unless you are 40. min away or want to buy a complete fixer upper. Buying in a ski town is like owning beach front property everything is location based your buying resort town real estate.
