Loved all your habits but the best one was the "don't say LIKE or AH" all the time. That drives me insane when I watch TH-camrs doing just that. It was one of the first things I noticed about your videos, that you spoke so well. I wasn't annoyed by the end of them🤣. Well done!💕
Progress Over Perfection” resonates deeply. It’s such a powerful reminder that consistency and self-compassion go further than striving for flawless execution. Small steps, even with occasional setbacks, build stronger habits over time. thank you! 🥰🥰🥰
I used to have this habit of wanting everything to be perfect, and it made me miss out on a lot. Lately, though, I've shifted my focus toward progress and discipline instead, and it's made such a difference! This mindset change has helped me improve in so many ways, and I'm grateful for it.
Hi, Taylor! I’m a Brazilian guy and not fluency in English yet. But the way that you just speak in this video was fantastic, I understood almost everything. You’re making a good job! Thank you!
Wow! Some really incredible insights here Taylor! I am 66 years young and it took me most of a lifetime to learn many of these lessons. You have the outline of a book here. FYI this is the first TH-cam video I have saved to watch later. I want to go over your list more mindfully. I was packing for a trip while listening. By the way, Gary Keller and Jay Papasan of Keller Williams Realty wrote a bool called The One Thing that talks about productivity with some astonishing insights. Time for a revisit of that publication. The skin care is so spot on too. I have aged twenty years in 7 since I started sailing without using sunscreen consistently. I have more praise to follow, but I must hit the road. Really great work here.
Iam suprised to say that majority of these were part of my 2024 resolutions and happy to say I stuck to my goals. I mainly loved the sharing our passions idea since it never struck me that sharing my thoughts of my interests would be productive. Love ur content and waiting for more😊❤
On a day like today, I just wanted to spread some love and give credit where it’s due. Taylor, thank you for this little light you call your channel. It’s been a part of my routine and as a former New Yorker I live out my early 20s through watching your videos ❤ stay true to who you are and you will climb high
Public speaking is my weakness and is something I never addressed. It is a failing in me not that I'm not good at it. But that I never had the courage to tackle the problem head on. So you have a lot of good qualities in that regard.
One habit I’m trying to get into is everyday writing down 5 things I’m thankful for, suggested to me by my old college career councilor. (This is because of me feeling depressed from attempting to find a job for several months since I finish wed college this year and still haven’t been able too)
I appreciate the fact that you speak clearly in your videos. Plus, I like your voice. Just like a radio DJ in Philly named Pierre Robert. From 93.3 wmmr. I could listen to him talk all day. About anything.
i'm a 23 year old woman living in nyc and i relate so much with your tips! i felt like i need to do those but always find myself lack of action (and some of your tips aligns perfectly with my mom's suggestions haha... will defiantly take them more seriously in future. Thanks Taylor, sending love!!
Hey Taylor, I am a new subscriber and I loved the way you gave insights backed by Science...The best one for me was "being busy is not equal to being productive" which is very essential to understand in this age and time.
Ahhh these are all great! Two that I would add from my own list: - trying something new every now and then (from food to hobbies). It helps diversify your experiences. - having a conversation with a stranger (where convenient). It doesn’t have to be long but it helps to be more empathetic!
Glad you're posting again, different types of videos. PROTEIN SOURCES: Eggs pasture raised, egg whites too. Yes, yogurt, cottage cheese, also, with add ins, can be used as dip, spread. Mozzarella, low-fat or lite. (Recommend, YT Easy French Diet, for basic nutritious meal plan ideas.) I've been working from home a few years now, I've also become a bit lazy, I started working on a 2 week rotational daily schedule a couple of months back, make a few changes to the schedule every few days, I want it to be something not too strict, doable long term. Every day in BOLD is what I must do that day. (It covers everything, work, exercise, chores, walks, errands, FLEX time periods, etc. I think it will work out well and get me back on track.) Lastly, you should switch to parchment paper (not aluminum) for cooking in the air fryer.
I love these 21 good healthy habits Taylor. Here are some of my favorite habits from your list you can elaborate on if thinking to make another video #3 sunscreen is applying sunscreen important on your face all 4 seasons living in NY or just important in the summer ? #6 buying storage bins for people who deal with clutter in their rooms/offices #8 stop mistaking busyness for productivity, I bust out laughing seeing you on your banana phone and blurred out feet 🤣🤣besides that I like what you talk about productivity..#9 even though I never thought about a air fryer I have been thinking of getting a rice cooker #14 water the relationship grass, some people are introverts VS extroverts ? some introverts have a challenge to water relationships and last but least #21 a wind down time routine, are you a early bird ? Meaning you wake up in the mornings between times of 4:30Am to 6Am
Thank you Taylor, this is great!! There are so many videos which are similar, but all have the same advice and it's just "focus" "workout" "drink water". Great to see some other great habits too!
Surprisingly, I discovered shared habits, like the lights, air fryer, weights, etc. Also, I learn something new, like don't say 'like' too much lol. you must have spent some time collecting these unusual tips. they are very today and practical among many groups.
Hi Taylor, I hope you are in good health. Well, first of all I want to thank God for allowing him another year of life. And on the other hand, I would also like to thank you for what you have done to give us a healthy and plausible vision. I am African and I live in Africa, in the country of Angola, you have never heard of this same country! Thank you for the 21 healthy habits (obviously I learned a lot) kisses and hugs for you and your family. I don't know them but I know they are also a blessing. God bless you beautiful.
What? A new video on a Tuesday? 🥹🥹🥹 Turtle 🐢 gang is in for a treat! Can’t wait to implement more of your healthy habits and thanks for sharing them! 😍🙏🏻🙏🏻 Why are all of your tips, health-related or not sooo good!!! 😭 Thank you, thank you, thank you! 💕💕
Taylor 😊you are undoubtedly right in general, because healthy lifestyle habits give us the opportunity to stay young until old age, the best example of this theory is your grandmother, 100 years wow.... that is why I think your advice is very valuable.... And from my side I can add that all these activities that you mentioned should be in line with the needs of our body, because it informs us every day what it needs, we just have to learn to listen to what it tells us😊
I love how these aren't at all brand new "OMG WUT??" ideas, but for some reason, hearing you list them out and then thinking about how I integrate these into my life (if I do at all) helps me realize where I need to improve, and lights a fire under my butt to actually make some moves. You have an amazing way of bringing perspective back to normalcy. Thank you thank you
Love your personality, your esprit and the way you manage to make me interested in what you have to say, even though it might not be my favourit topic every single time 😉🤗 Wishing you all the best from Germany. Take care, Silke
Have been watching for the past couple years since we had similar careers and have loved the content, wanted to say: Thank you for this. Especially the part about exercising. It can be easy to put it off with a job that requires so much sometimes. The way you put it in perspective though resonated so well, and I needed to hear that, so thank you 🙂
Hi Taylor! Love these habits!! Might have to get some new lights! Getting back into weight lifting and eating more protein has been helpful for me. Def. can tell you have been gaining muscle lately Taylor!👏💪
Hey, thank you for your tips! Here is mine regarding your desire to change your bulbus (0:46) - I have two salt lamps, and I totally adore them. They weren't expensive and they're giving the most beautiful, muted, warm light. Not to mention the health benefits if they are sufficiently big for the room. Have nice autumn, greetings for you plushies as well!
Hey Taylor, on the topic of lighting - the blue light emitted from LED bulbs does negatively impact our ability to wind down and sleep at night. It's recommended to switch out LED bulbs in lamps for incandescent bulbs(if you can find them). It will provide much nicer warm light, and not affect your circadian rhythm like LED bulbs do. Just a tip that I've found very helpful. Great video! Justin from Toronto
Have you read Good Energy by Casey Means? She writes about bad energy, or metabolic dysfunction, and how to avoid it. Some of your tips align with what she says in her book. Putting dimmers on your lights to stay in sync with your circadian rhythm is one. Also, I don’t know if you meditate but I started doing Yoga Nidra once a day (it’s not movement, you’re literally lying down and listening to a guide). I sleep like a baby every night now. It’s amazing, at least it has been for me. I’m taking an online class to get certified in Yoga Nidra that’s how much I like it. Thanks for sharing your habits, Taylor! Have a great day 😊
I enjoy watching many of your videos but this one is both Helpful and comforting to watch! BTW, why do i have a feeling that the upcoming years are gonna change most of our lives to a more positive state ?
Something to add to 'Progress, Not Perfection' and 'exercise' is even if you start something, do it for two weeks then stop for two weeks, you haven't gone back to zero! I repeat, you haven't gone back to where you started. You started to build the neural pathways of that habit. The progress on the neural pathways is still there.
1. Get nice lighting 2. Speak clearly 3. Daily sunscreen 4. Seek progress not perfection 5. Exercise like you brush your teeth 6. Get out of the house 7. Busy =/= productive 8. Call your parents 9. Share your work 10. Eat more protein 11. Say no 12. Buy used clothes 13. Find your productive environment 14. Paint your nails (???) 15. Walk after eating 16. Have a good wind down routine
Feeling an oncoming migraine but Taylor uploaded so just popped in an Ibuprofen. #priorities 😄 Also, the sunscreen scene is deja vu-ish, felt like I saw this in a post? Anyhoo, loving this new video flavour, Taylor. ❤
Thank you for sharing , this great tips I wish someone would have told me before . This is amazing message and guide on how to live a cool life for good .🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
One thing that needs complimenting is that the viewer here gets the vibe that you are really identifying what would actually help people. It's fine to want to be good looking etc, and you have genuine tips and that is cool. What is better than being hot and kind haha. On a side note: personally I have been experimenting with my diet a fair bit and would say that the worst offenders for me are: Dairy products (maybe not milk a bit, but cheese), bread / grains / potatoes chips, and preservatives. In other words having pure sugar is not the most detrimental, but having sugar with bread (Cinnabon, or in a processed product, with preservatives) is not good. And it is quite insane how much negative impact that has. For me (I can't do it cause I am lazy). 1. Meat and fish great idea. vegetables great idea. fruit might have sugar, but not processes so not the end of the world. merry Christmas guys

Love your advice on everyday sunscreen.
I have always used moisturiser, but definitely a combination of both every day sounds even better.
As a linguist, I agree with that; "holding the floor" during a conversation can change the course of the events !!
Great video! All great tips! I really enjoyed watching this! 🐢 🐢 🐢. I had to work last night so couldnt comment until now.
These tips are game changer! Thanks Taylor ❤
Korean sunscreens are the bomb. So cosmetically elegant with advanced filters.

You read alot of good books and also tell in your videos what you got to learn from it or something that intrigued you
Make a video on your book recommendations and what books that you have read could be useful in let’s say business, or personal life, or personality or may be just fiction books
Would love to watch a video on this…
