Policies change on personal whim and on top of that there is an abysmal security situation due to which personal rights are not guaranteed. Joke is that Pak producing more electricity but people can't buy at that price....thus consumption is reduced and govt os paying for extra electricity which is not produced!!!! Thus making electricity more expensive!!!! Now renewable energy can not be encourage since consumption from power plants will further go done and govt will have to pay more for under utilization!!!!!! Most corrupt system in the world...
