Hey Mr. Bill, my grandfather worked maintenance from ‘46 to ‘86, retired as foreman of the machine shop. He married my grandmother who worked in Dept of Personnel from ‘42 to ‘54. Growing up, they told me so many stories of Deltas CEOs and how good Delta treated people. I have a lot of their gifts/plaques they received over the years.

I remember an engine failure in 2011 from Atlanta to Charlotte. My father and I were just 4 seats from the right engine and the right engine nosecone broke off and caught fire. Deviated back to Atlanta until 2:30 am.
