Hello Jessica. I have been following your always amazing effective workouts for a very long time. I will be having hip replacement surgery early December , and was hoping to find a hip strengthening for before and exercises for after surgery in your programs but have not come across any? Is there one, or could you please have one? So many of us in need of this. Thank you for being so amazing.

I'm sure you aren't necessarily looking for video ideas...but I figured I would throw this out into the ether. I have what was described by a chiropractor (sworn enemy of the physical therapist? maybe?) as a flat upper back from spending too much time at the computer (games) over the years and was wondering if there were any specific strengthening or mobilizing exercises for this issue. Either way, definitely enjoy your videos. Your entire demeanor feels very encouraging and nurturing at the same time--and I am sure are among the contributing factors for your success!
Thank you Jessica! I hope you can answer a question; I am 71, have done Pilates, yoga, elliptical, free wts etc. daily for decades. About 2 mos. ago I felt 'owchy' in what I thought was my hip flexor, that perhaps I strained working out. I happened to have a routine Pelvic MRI for my asymptomatic fibroids, and the Radiologist noted that I had Trochanteric bursitis. I read up on it, and have been doing ice packs but have not changed my workouts. Do I need to stop exercises like this where I am using my hips until it heals?? Thank you for all you do!
