Lol, you are probably my Favorite HEAT report channel because of the Positive Energy. But you gotta remember that Love and Bryant both opted out. I truly believe it was to help the HEAT save money so signing Bryant was a must if that was the deal in place. The HEAT is one of the few Loyal Franchises out there thats my main reason for being a Fan of the Team. Yes I would have Loved Jones on the Team but if a deal was made thats good business to stand by your word.

Nah, the thing is that a player can be waived anytime... but they have to pay that player still, and the problem is that, that money is still in the books, so the team doesn't get to shed the salary just by waiving it

I think reason y we resigned TB is bc besides the bad offense and he had decent defensive plays with the team and they think he might have a little break out year that way it does raise his value to make a market for him but it’s just my theory but hey he did not do bad but wasn’t great last season so let’s see what happens
while I agree with you that we could've brought back Bryant later but knowing the situation that Tyus was guaranteed a starting role for the suns and that is why he ultimately took less money to get starter minutes and get a new contract based on that. Ask yourself, would they bench the Rozier who they just traded a FRP for? That guaranteed starting pg position is something miami couldnt offer him, so realistically we wouldn't have shot at Tyus even if we didn't sign Bryant unless we traded Rozier away. And Bryant declined his player option and took less money overall, stop the hate.

I don't look at this roster as a tanking roster. They're definitely going to contend. The problem is are they going to be healthy enough during the regular season to be top six? We've been a play in team the last 2 years because of two different things, Jimmy's load management and injuries

The Heat ogranization only banks on g leaguers and summer leaguers. They dont really care about nba free agents. They are hoping that one of these g leaguers on 2 way contracts to breakout and become a rotation player like Strus,Robinson,Vincent,Martin,Highsmith. The heat are on a budget. 😂
