They definitely do! Mike Stewart is genius knife designer in my opinion.

I've had one in red linen, black liners & black micarta pins for about 3 years now, and t's a great boining knife! I love your approach, that it's much more capable than it appears. Cheers!

There is just something about some knives isn't there. Anyway you stop it, you are really making me want to buy a Bark River😂 they are expensive.
Really good value again mate. Great setting too, I love your brook.

😂haha im sorry, I know I know, they are expensive no denying thay. That brook has actually an original trout population. But I dont fish there, not strong enough yet. We are trying to protect it here in the village.

I love the Finnish fingerless wool gloves. Who makes them and where can I find a pair?
I'm also Finnish ... Mita Kuuluu - Mike

Hmm, maybe not so easy task to find them, but shops like scandinavian outdoors, and varuste.net, varusteleka might sell those.
I bought this from a small shop in northern lapland..
      Thanx for watching my friend!

Nice try sir! I can tell you’re struggling with your English but I appreciate how hard you are trying

Well trying my best, obviously not my first language. The problem also for me is that my German is much stronger (sort of my second language) and it comes trough all the time. Thanx for watching!

All good brother! Keep trying until it comes naturally to you. I’m lucky growing up in America I had plenty of friends to practice with everyday but I didn’t actually master expressing myself until my 30s so keep it up 👍

Interesting...I liked the idea of a good Fishin knife. I bought one to upgrade my small Martini filet knife. I found it to be a bit frustrating. It to thick to be a good filet knife and to small to do the other outdoor tasks I do. It didn’t feel secure in my hand. First time I used it on salmon/steelhead I realised it’s was not going to work so I gave it too someone who lives in small trout country...so I just live with my Martini’s in my fishing boxes and use various Bark River as belt knives. The Aurora Hunter is my most used last year. That and I found Brass pins and leather not to be a good combination for a fishing knife.

Lol...I just realised my Martini’s are both brass collars and leather...

I actually have also Martiini fillet knife (with leather sheath and brass collars😃) Which is actually my oldest knife, which I still use. Bought it during a salmon fishing trip to Teno River in lappland in 92. Still going strong. Should do actually a review of it. I was actually a bit sceptic with this one at first, would I use it? but fell in love with it immidiately. Theres just something.. its also the food prep..overall balance.. nimbelness.. It was with me amongst many other trips last summer during a week hike in east lapland; trout and grayling fishing and lots of food prep. And it really shined .Its not perfect... For small to medium sized fish.(lets say trout, grayling, perch) these I fish a lot. But for example caught a big Pike-perch last autumn, and had to change the knife on that one.

Should've I guess also add the caveat, that its of course my most used because food prep. with the fishing use. Of forrest/bushcraft knives my most used were problaby Brisa Kephart and Bark River Gunny..
