I received my Tundra III Camp with black canvas micarta last December. It's not a sabre grind but a full-height convex grind. And I absolutely love it! It's amazingly light and is fast and nimble in the hands. What it needs is a good kydex sheath for better retention and more carry options. Really fun video, BTW. Cheers...
I know it is an old design, but in my opinion one of the best in the world, so I hope you will soon highlight the Stromeng Leuku for a good all-out test.
Can't wait mine arrives tomorrow. Had broke another larger knife and sold off some others and wanted one good all around one. Between this and my BR bushcraft scout and Mora Garberg I think I will have most task small and large covered.

we haven’t had the need to sharpen it yet but most likely we would like to sharpen it as full convex grind without secondary bevel. Sharpness in focus.

I also have the Canadien Camp 2, and i really like it alot. But i also love the look and the angle of Canadien belt knives too. I have another BR knife that is even more slicey, but cant remember the name right now...
The Canadian style knives - like the Tundra, and the Sami knives, like your Leuku, usually do not have any finger guard. I think guys like Caleb Musgrave would say that a knife is more versatile without a guard, because we can use more grips comfortably. I wonder what you two would say about that? I have used knives and axes extensively, my whole life, but still like to have some sort of finger guard. There have been times when I am out on the trail in Jämtland, or when I was up at Sarek, when I am tired and have been hiking in a cold rain - having some guard, like on the Bravo 1.5, or even my Lars Fält knife, lets me know how close my hand is getting to the blade. What do you think?
General use like batoning, cutting and feathersticking it is nice to have a finger guard. Especially when putting a lot of force on the knife or in cold conditions with thick gloves or dubble gloves you would like to know that you do not hit the glove with the edge. When doing the fine carving stuff I can imagine it is nice to have a knife without finger guard. In that case the level of concentration on that task is often quite high so that should help keeping your fingers safe.
Hi! Unfortunately we can not do a field test comparison but looking at the specs the Tundra is a little bit bigger and the biggest difference is the handle. Tundra has the Aurora handle and Canadian the typical Canadian (special) type of handle.

I love mine, although it is a canadian Camp 2 - the blade is the same but the handle is different.
