Since my sens is so high, a tiny movement can cause a 180. I secure my mouse on the mousepad using the bottom of my palm. That way I kinda protect my mouse with the bottom of my hand. It doesn’t move it sits so tightly that nothing can push it. This allows me to make small movements and use my pinky as a pivoting point. Like if I want to aim here I lock my pinky firmly on the mousepad and move every finger without lifting the pinky. Same concept as a basketball foot pivot 😂
